Clase Azul Mexican Restaurant & Bar is a great addition to Vero Beach, offering a beautifully decorated space and delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine. Their menu features fresh ingredients, plentiful portions, and accessible prices. Friendly and cheerful staff provide great service. Signature dishes include the quesadilla filled with grilled shrimp, mushrooms, corn, and queso, and homemade refried beans. Handcrafted drinks are also available, including the raspberry Mojito. The coconut margarita and enchiladas rancheras, with flavorful pork, were fantastic. The house salsa is a tad spicy and delicious. The space inside is very brightly lit and widely spaced out, feeling a little instagrammy. The staff are so kind. This restaurant is a great choice for Taco Tuesday and is wheelchair accessible. The food is tasty, and the service is excellent.
