What a shame on Vero Bowl.
Called yesterday and spoke to two separate people to confirm their hours for open bowling today. Explained that there is no school the next day (today). They said they have open bowling from 11AM until 11PM today.
They told me about their special pricing of $3 a game from open until noon and that they went to $26.95 an hour after that. Plus cost of shoes.
Fast forward to today.

They denied my granddaughter an ADA accommodation. They refused to let her family bring in medically necessary drink for her that prevents seizures and is a prescription. They were not even cordial about it. Assistant manager, John, was rude and condescending.Suggested we have her drink it outside in the hot Florida sun. We were trying to honor the policy and so we told them about it. We had two other kids and we weren't bringing anything for them, we would have spent money....read full review
