“CM Chicken has become one of my go-to spots when I’m craving fried chicken and want something a little different from the usual fast food options.

On this visit, I ordered the garlic soy chicken tenders with sweet potato fries and a Milky. It turned out to be a tasty and satisfying combination. The sweet potato fries were warm, crispy, and the portion size was more than enough. The chicken tenders were also generous and filling. It was my first time trying the garlic soy flavor, and I’m glad I did. The garlic taste was noticeable without being overpowering, which made it easy to enjoy every bite.

The restaurant itself is small, but it’s clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff has always been friendly during my visits. While you wait for your food, they usually have Korean music videos and K-pop playing on the TV, which adds a fun touch to the atmosphere. Service is efficient, and my food has never taken very long to come out.

For parking, I recommend checking the side of the plaza along NE 13th Avenue, next to the liquor store. There’s a colorful musician mural on the wall, and there are a handful of parking spaces there. Somehow, during the three or four times I’ve visited, I’ve always managed to find a spot.

Overall, I recommend CM Chicken. The food is consistently satisfying, the portions are generous, and it’s a reliable place to visit when you’re in the mood for fried chicken or want to try something a little different. 🍗🥤🎵“

“We stopped in for lunch to take advantage of the lunch special, and it was a great value! For around $14, you get a pizza, garlic knots, and a drink. I couldn’t resist trying another pizza for about $7, so I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the BBQ chicken pizza.

Both pizzas were fantastic! The crust had the perfect crunch, the pizza sauce was rich and flavorful, and the BBQ chicken pizza was especially delicious with just the right balance of sweet and savory. “We missed our connection due to baggage system issues so we decided to make the change in plans a great chance to get to know Miami. We were so tired and stressed but we found Empire Pizza and Wings and everything was so much better! This pizza has such a flavorful dough, very authentic and the toppings are so fresh. We had pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms. The sauce is delicious. This is a must! The owner is so personable and on the spot with excellent service along with his very nice staff. A couple of very cold beers in frosted mugs and a glass of wine and you’ve got a perfect night! Thank you!“

“I absolutely love this place. I’m here at least once a week, and every single time the food hits. Everything tastes like it’s made with love, like somebody’s abuela is in the back making sure every plate comes out right.

The pan con bistec is my favorite. You can tell the steak is properly marinated because it's packed with flavor and always tender. I try other things too, and honestly I haven’t had a bad meal yet. The Cuban pizza is the real deal, the completas are amazing, and the wings are top notch.

The owner, Alex, is always welcoming and goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a great experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.

He personally delivered our catering order all the way to Fort Lauderdale and was so accommodating throughout the entire process. If you’re ever leaving a concert or game at Hard Rock Stadium and find yourself hungry, Quickies is the spot. This place stays open late and hits the mark every single time. The atmosphere is simple—just a few tables—but don’t let that fool you. Some of the best food in South Florida comes from places just like this.

They’ve got everything: burgers, seafood, wings, conch… you name it. The prices are more than reasonable, and they run great specials during the day and at night. I’ve seen lunch combos as low as nine bucks with a drink, which is almost unheard of these days.

For anyone trying to stay on the lighter side, they even offer salads and can cook things non-fried on request. But if you do go fried, let me tell you—the fried conch is on another level. Tenderized perfectly, fried in clean oil, and absolutely addictive. As you can see in the picture, it’s easily some of the best around.

By the way, the whole fried fish I think it’s snapper is unbelievable. You can also add other things to it like fried shrimp with it or Conch or any other item and it comes with a lot of fries right up your alley guys don’t miss out. They also have a location in Dania.

“Every time I touch down in Miami, I gotta hit Snappers Fish and Chicken. This run I grabbed the catfish with that extra lemon seasoning, fresh fries, and some fried okra. Man, the catfish was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and that lemon had it bussin’. The owners, Issa and Fouad, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Not once have I visited without one of them stopping by to say hello and have a quick chat. That personal touch makes you feel like more than just a customer.

And now for the best part: Maria, the bartender. She makes the best cocktails I've had anywhere in the Kendall area. I've tried Old Fashioneds, Mango Margaritas, and Mojitos at plenty of places, and Maria's versions are by far the best. She's friendly, outgoing, and always makes the experience even more enjoyable.

If you're looking for a place with great food, great drinks, great people, and a relaxed atmosphere, Hurricane Grill & Wings is the place to be. It's 100% my go to spot in West Kendall whenever I want to have a good meal, enjoy a few drinks, and just unwind for a while.“

Got double cheeseburge with bacon, was going to get what they show on line menu but didn't have in their menu. Was good, cooked and fills you up. For fast food, a thick burger.
