“We usually always have good luck when ordering Marco's. Not tonight! I ordered a 12 inch sub and on the app chose only meat and cheese. They screwed it up and added veggies. That wasn't theb worst as I could pick them off. They put Italian dressing or whatever it was and I cang eat that. Sub went un the garbage and we are done with subs there“

“My parents and I came to Bartow for a quick trip. We just wanted to pick up dinner and found Palace Pizza down the street from our airbnb. It was a great pizza! The pizza dough was excellent and had good flavor. The staff were very friendly. My husband didn’t make this trip and we have a lot of good pizza places at home, but I told him that he needs to come to Bartow to try this pizza!“

“Celeste is truly AMAZING. She is the heart of this Marco’s Pizza. Every single time I come in for the cheesy bread, she treats me so well and makes me feel genuinely welcome. She has such a warm, inviting presence, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs when she’s there. She knows how to handle her team, she knows how to handle a rush, and she does it all with kindness, patience, and confidence. No matter how busy it is, Celeste is always exceptional sweet, respectful, and a true team player with outstanding leadership skills. Honestly, I love this Marco’s mostly because of her. She is my favorite, hands down. She’s number one to me. That said, the entire staff is very sweet as well, which says a lot about the environment she helps create. The managers should be incredibly proud of the team they have especially Celeste. She’s a gem and deserves all the recognition.“

“Great park! If you have kids especially young kids this is the place for you. Now some of the stuff could be updated but over all the food was pretty good, rides had play areas for kids waiting for rides, everything was kid friendly. The staff were all good with kids. I was very impressed with the imagination area. They had a robotics exercise for the kids to do and they had an area to try some STEM type stuff. If I had some complaints I would say it stinks there is no discount on sets purchased at site and no free shipping. Highly recommend for anyone with young kids but go before they are teens.“

“I ordered Papa John’s at 6:06pm for my son…. Papa John’s delivered at 6:20pm… Now THAT is service! They are ALWAYS fast and the drivers are ALWAYS polite! I’ve ordered from competitors in our town. One takes 1-1/2 to 2 hours to deliver EVERY time, the other is never consistent or runs out of ingredients. We are ? team Papa John’s!“

“My son and I placed an order earlier in the week. I do believe it was on Tuesday. We don’t eat pizza right away as it comes in as we have things we were doing, but I still happen to find something that shouldn’t have been in there called and talked to Mrs. Tiffany, might not say from the beginning of the conversation to the end. She was so professional.
She kept apologizing, even offered to remake the order for us. I had already planned to order from them the other day again for that day because I have cancer it’s easier for me just to go through them. She was even very much so professional with taking care of that if you were looking for a pizza joint with awesome Customer scare. I strongly advise that you go to Papa John’s here in Winter Haven number one top-tier Service thank you Miss Tiffany for your help you are an angel“

I will be ordering them often from now on and the price was 👍 $3.99 w/tax $4.27. I thought food is not supposed to be taxed. When did we start paying STATE TAX, COUNTY TAX, and REGULAR TAX for food. Look at your receipt from Little Caesars. The price is still good though!“
