“This Dunkin is the worse one I go to. I like to eat Dunkin pretty much every week day. They are super slow, and have only gotten my order correct once. They always put cream cheese on my bagel, despite me emphasizing that I would like butter. The staff also when making a mistake are not polite and ask like it's a huge burden to get the order correct. I learned to ask for my receipts and check the bag before leaving. One day my son and I waited over twenty minutes for two bagels as the staff inside were all disorganized. Despite asking and still gave us an incorrect order. I'll be avoiding this Dunkin and using others as the accuracy and service are not up to standards. I would like to update my review! New staff and manger. Much politer and the service has improved so much. There are 3-4 employees who are so kind and cheerful every morning even when they are so busy! Great work.“
“The morning weekday staff are always so proficient and nice. Customers can be so hateful to these people who help us start our days with a nice boost of caffeine and/or treats. Stop blaming these people if things are broken or not available - it’s NOT THEIR FAULT. If you have a problem with something being consistently broken or unavailable, speak to management! I’m sure there’s a reason another than “let’s make our customers angry.”
Keep up the amazing job, morning weekday ladies. Even on days that are more stressful than others, you always manage to get my orders correct and show a smile regardless. Give them a raise☺️“
“Our stop for coffee and muffin this morning was so worth it. This crew made us feel so welcome and Ms. Virginia is amazing. Clean, spotless and welcoming. She gave us attention and the crew working so hard.
