“I’m only putting a five star review so that my review can actually be seen. I’ve been to Manny Dunkin’ Donuts and for some reason this is the only place where you’re gonna sit there for damn near 30 minutes to get your drink or food. I’m not sure why they have a drive-through. It’s not convenient at all. I actually like to get my coffee before I head to work, but because they take forever, I always have to go to the one on Fletcher and trust me The Fletcher one is always busy as well, but their lines go by pretty fast. I’ve never sitting there for more than five minutes. I’m not sure if it’s the workers but they are just extremely slow and I hate going to this location. I can’t wait till they open one closer to my home.“
“This Dunkin is the worse one I go to. I like to eat Dunkin pretty much every week day. They are super slow, and have only gotten my order correct once. They always put cream cheese on my bagel, despite me emphasizing that I would like butter. The staff also when making a mistake are not polite and ask like it's a huge burden to get the order correct. I learned to ask for my receipts and check the bag before leaving. One day my son and I waited over twenty minutes for two bagels as the staff inside were all disorganized. Despite asking and still gave us an incorrect order. I'll be avoiding this Dunkin and using others as the accuracy and service are not up to standards. I would like to update my review! New staff and manger. Much politer and the service has improved so much. There are 3-4 employees who are so kind and cheerful every morning even when they are so busy! Great work.“
“Coffee is always fresh and hot and they make it absolutely perfect. As well as their breakfast sandwiches. Bacon's crispy, hash browns are crispy their just perfect. The best dunkin' donuts in the area ... And I've been to all of them!“
“Excellent service love coming to this dunkin the workers are always great especially Deja she's a gem thank you for always taking care of us . We probably come to this location everyday for my dad. Very convenient the coffee is always on point!!! Definitely the best dunkin in the area“
