My wedding cake was a custom-designed carrot cake made exactly how I dreamed of—and it was truly the best carrot cake I have ever had in my life. Her dessert platter was the talk of our entire wedding (and people are still talking about it!). The quality of her baking is unmatched—you can taste the care, love, and hard work she puts into everything she makes. The display was stunning, but the taste blew everyone away even more. And her key lime pies…there is nothing that compares to how amazing they are. Jen is the only baker I will ever go to—I happily drive an hour and a half out of my way just to get her incredible desserts. Since our wedding, she custom-made a decadent chocolate cake for my sister-in-law’s 40th birthday, and we’re already planning for her to make our gender reveal cake soon.
