Love this Panera location! They provide the best customer service. Love all their managers Niki, Vicki and Dwayne are absolutely amazing. I get my coffee there everyday and everyone is so nice. I even get sweet notes on mine like “have a great day”. Thank you Niki for being so sweet always 😁
I really upset by my previous visit. I had special ordered an item. Waiting from Thursday evening until Sunday. I had trued just walking in several previous visits item never on shelf forcing me to wait. focaccia is never been do bad. I took pictures hoping a manager will help me my next time. I noticed all the ones still on shelf were all nice and fluffy.. So what happened to the 2 that I ordered? I noticed they still had one cheese left, It looked thick, so I just paid & left....read full review

Panera Bread at Hammock Landing offers a mix of experiences. Some find it crowded and noisy, while others appreciate the friendly staff and tasty food. The Greek salad is a hit. Service is slow and portions are small. Prices are high. Drinks are super sugary. It's fine, a nice place to meet friends. The orange scone has no icing and is super small and dry. All the tables were dirty, with a thick layer of dust all over the tops of the booth seats. Booth seats have rips and tears to match the stained up carpets. A large lemonade tasted bad, almost as if it went bad or left out in room temperature for a while, and was not fresh.
