“My first time eating Peruvian food and it was absolutely delicious. Cocktails were so good, the food was flavorful, big portions, and the atmosphere was fantastic. They had a DJ showing us a great time! Rosemary was attentive, very sweet, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone!“

“Lovely restaurant run by husband and wife with high quality ingredients. We tried the tasting menu recently, which has almost everything on the menu, and were blown away by the sauces in all the dishes. We also had to go back for more tostadas (three orders of it last night 😂）. It was special when the owner/chef talked about his food and made his recommendations. You can tell how much he passionate he is about the food. Great date location because it’s quiet and intimate!“

“I love the food but made the mistake of ordering from their website. I thought it’d be faster than using Uber Eats but it was much longer. The driver picked up my food and went to 2 other locations on the other side of town before heading my way. For that, I rather use Uber Eats that gives you an option to pay for priority delivery or tells you that your driver has a delivery on the way to you. If you’re going to have a delivery option on your website at least have your own delivery drivers so customers don’t experience this.“

“well I'm going to start off by saying that they got an Amazing variety of delicious plates but my favorite which I highly recommend is the ceviche mixto con conchas negras is just the best ceviche you have ever had in your life!!!!!... the yellow rice with seafood also one of my favorites and of course a good variety of beers served the way it should be ....ice cold!!!!. I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone and I give it thumbs up all the way... “A family friend recommended it to us, and we were not disappointed at all. Though I only had the chance to eat the pollo a la brasa, there are many signs indicating that this restaurant is so amazing. The presentation on the many dishes is unique and nicely sized. You can see that through many of the pictures. When the lomo saltados came passing by, it was extremely fragrant and easily spread throughout the restaurant. It is such a shame that I did not get a chance to try any other dishes. We did at least try that most delicious pollo a la brasa, which is one of the best I have ever tried. It is so juicy and magnificent in so many ways. I absolutely look forward to coming back in the future to try many other dishes!

Pollo a la brasa 9.6 - Definitely one of the most delicious I have ever tried, especially in Florida. It is not perfect, but it is beautifully juicy and roasted. In fact, it is one of the juciest chickens I have ever eaten. The marinade beautifully penetrates deep in the chicken and gives the skin such a perfect color. The juice actually made the skin not so crispy, but that's fine because it is full of flavor. I prefer crispier and flavorful skin, but this is still top tier. The only slight disappointment is with the cooking method. I did not pick up any smokiness anywhere on the chicken. There is plenty of flavor but no smoky taste. It is evident that they don't use traditional wood-fired ovens, so you can't get that specific and important flavor. The flavors are more focused on a traditional soy sauce and spices-based marinade but does it so well. The fries were standard and not special, which is common. It did not have the best sauces to accompany the chicken though. I have tasted some really savory sauces before. Regardless, this is still one of the tastiest pollo a la brasas in Miami. If it just had more smoky Peruvian wood-fired flavor, it would easily make #1 in Florida.

Picarones 10/10 - Super delicious and cooked to perfection. Crunchy, beautiful and not too sweet sauce, and nicely sized. This is how you do picarones. Supposedly, these are the only picarones in town that serve them very freshly made and fried. Given the taste, texture, and time it took to cook, it definitely appears to be true. Definitely just like in Peru and maybe the best one we have tried. It is the perfect closing to an extravagant flavor journey from the food here. I absolutely recommend this as a dessert and please eat it fresh!“

“I was a bit disappointed with my lunch at SuViche. The ceviche tasted quite bland and was missing the bright citrus flavor that really makes ceviche stand out. Had it been dressed with a bit more citrus I think I would have enjoyed it much more. I ordered the lunch special with sushi and ceviche but I found the sushi had a bit too much mayonnaise. The flan was also denser than I expected and wasn’t my favorite. At $27 including the automatic 18% gratuity I didn’t feel it was a good value especially since I’ve had much better lunches elsewhere for less. Overall I’d give it 4 stars because the location is convenient. Unfortunately the food didn’t quite meet my expectations especially for the price.“

“Everything was so delicious! From every plate we ate to the homemade chicha we drank. This place is a true hidden gem. We tried the causa de atún, ceviche de pescado and the jalea mixta. Filled two hungry locals and ended up with leftovers to take home. The plates were served full, the costs were low, and the quality flew past expectations. Luis is so kind and friendly, he served us so professionally. We can tell the level of experience the people in this establishment have. Will be back very soon to try other dishes.“
