“Their kiwi boba tea with the blueberry and rainbow jelly is delicious. Their small size boba tea is quite large. The teriyaki salmon has an excellent portion of fish and veggies, and they have soy paper for those who don’t eat seaweed on ones small rolls. As for sushi I recommend asking for Escolar small rolls, they aren’t on the menu but they will custom make them. They’re very buttery smooth fishies.“

“This place is kinda hidden, hard to find. Went on a Thursday and we were the only customers. The service was great! Soup & salad were delicious. The food was okay, wished the chicken and seasoned a bit more. They do charge for fried rice (which should be included) and 18% gratuity regardless of group size.“

“As an Asian who traveled to Japan several times and lived in CA for almost 30 years, I have been spoiled with great Japanese food. We moved to Florida last year and joked that the state food for Florida was mediocre sushi, not until we discovered Ebisu. We love the wide variety of authentic Japanese dishes. I also love its sushi rice, which compliment the beautiful fish. Wish it were closer to where we live!
Parking: Ample parking space in the shopping center

“Overall, wonderful experience! I went to try it for the first time with my parents today, as we wanted to try something new. My mom ordered chicken pad thai and I ordered shrimp pad thai; both are just as good. My dad ordered the Gyu-Don Rice Bowl, which was a good serving for him. Definitely check it out! :D“

“Very clean and nice decor. Server is very polite and attentive. We had tempura appetizer which was light crispy shrimp and vegetables and delicious. “This shopping location has a few yummy places I frequent. Just avoid this area when we have torrential rains, if you do not you will notice the parking lot is mostly flooded. I dine at this place because of my three favorite dishes. The unagi don, softshell crab, the JB Roll, and the fried calamari (my apologies my foto was very blurry) and could not post it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Each time I dine here for my faves I feel much cozier and satisfied. ✌?☺️“

“Alma was our server and was literally amazing. We came in a little bit over an hour before closing and she gave us amazing service, the food was incredible, as locals, we rarely branch out and know the good spots, we will definitely be back here. Wish we took photos of our food, the other places around here can’t compare, our serve recommended the fried ice cream and it was amazing!“

“This spot is a hidden gem! Sitting on the corner of Lantana & Congress I have driven past it hundreds of times before I spotted it sitting at the light. “Saigon Tokyo is a Vietnamese restaurant with a sushi bar. It is very packed, which is good for business. Full Viet menu and Japanese menu. Workers seemed busy, which is good. However, not that kind. Told me I could not have my own water and to put it away. I always bring my own water because i can not drink pipe water from restaurants. Also took a long time for service with little to no friendly words. Food came out hot and fresh. 4 stars for the food, 1 less star for the lack of friendliness while dining.

“I’m a local and this restaurant has never failed me. When they say the food is ready in 10-15 minutes, they mean it. Their employees got really good memory and remember my orders (I don’t get the same thing every time too). Adding Boba tea was a great addition to the menu and I really do like their homemade sweet tea.“

KONRO, owned and operated by Jacob and Nadia, offers a dining experience unlike any other Michelin restaurant we’ve visited. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a sense of intimacy and exclusivity, as there are only 10-12 seats, making it an incredibly private and personalized experience.
Jacob and Nadia are exceptional hosts—knowledgeable, warm, and incredibly passionate about what they do. Their attention to detail and care for each guest truly elevate the evening. Every course was nothing short of phenomenal, beautifully crafted, and perfectly paced. The wine pairings were thoughtfully selected and complemented each dish with precision.
My wife and I have enjoyed many fine dining experiences, but this surpassed them all. It was, without a doubt, the best meal and overall dining experience we’ve ever had. KONRO is a gem, and we cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking for an unparalleled culinary journey.
