“I ordered the chicken sandwich with extra pickle for my daughter. When picking up the order drive up, I checked the pickle count and seemed like a normal amount, not extra. I asked for a few more pickles, she said sure. I continued to wait for a while in my car before giving up and going inside. I had a far too long of discussion with who seemed like a manager about getting a few extra pickles. She finally agreed to get them. I'm guessing pickles are the product with the largest margin? I can't figure out why they are so valuable they either ghost you if asking for extra more or give you a hard time about getting more.
Other than that, the app ordering and and drive up experience was nice.“
“I came hear earlier today and the large fries in my order was only half full I showed them and they gave me a full large fries and an extra medium fries. A unpleasant situation turned into a good one. What a way to treat a very happy customer thank you.“
“My God. Just got a #2 breakfast here today. I've lived in west palm my whole life. When I was young I worked here twice. That was the best sausage, egg & cheese mcmuffin I've ever had. WOW. I don't review much, just when something knocks my socks off. I was in food service for 10 years. I know what's good or not. If I was a corporate regional McD's manager, this would be my gold standard for all surrounding area McDonald's. Thank you for an amazing McDonald's breakfast. “Mac Donald’s is nop my type of food, probably the second time in my life eating Mac Donald’s, but I decided to give it a try with my teen soon who’s been asking eat there.
This ovations is clean and organized, the girls at the cashier gave an excellent service and actually brought our meal to the table (something I had no idea at a fast food restaurant)

“They have this new system at the drive through were a robot asks if you are going to use the app. I said yes and gave it the code. When I drive up to pay, the girl gives me the wrong total and says she's not the person who took my code and that it's automatic. I don't care. I just need my food rang up correctly. I don't need you to blame a robot. Anyway, Mc Donald's is way too expensive for the garbage they serve us.“
“Never really had any problems during the lunch rush. Only one problem, and in South Florida can happen ALOT are the overhangs above the drive thru ordering and pickup windows don’t do anything to keep rain off and out of your window! Whoever designed these and accepted them should be fired. This place was renovated not long ago and this is the best they can do for sun and rain protection!? Come on, man…You know rain doesn’t fall straight down!“
“My experience at this McDonald’s was just okay. When I placed my order, the workers were giggling and talking instead of paying attention, which may be why my nuggets were missing from my $5 meal. The food could’ve been fresher too. When I came back through the drive-thru to get the missing item, they sent someone else to handle it instead of simply apologizing and taking care of it themselves. Better focus and customer service would improve the experience.“

“I have visited this McDonald's a couple of times, and I can say it's a good fast-food chain store. They are always fast, and when I order, I am smiled at and greeted at the drive-thru. Overall, it's a good place. Everyone seems to be nice and helpful.“
