Manager and servers are friendly and helpful now :) GONE are the previous workers who were rude prejudice and couldn't 3ven adhere to McDonald's standards“
“This McDonald’s is honestly the best one around — nothing like the other McDonald’s locations. The food here always comes out fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The fries actually taste like fries and not old oil, and my order is always made right the first time. The workers are friendly, fast, and way more professional than other places I’ve been to. The restaurant is clean, the service is quick, and the whole experience is just better overall. I always choose this McDonald’s because they actually care about their customers. 100% recommend — not like the other McDonald’s at ALL.“

Even without a cashier, the process feels smooth, and the staff is still polite and welcoming. The food is consistent with McDonald’s standards, and the place is tidy and comfortable you can sit and enjoy your meal without worry. It’s clear management is working to make the restaurant efficient while still keeping prices reasonable for a good burger place. A solid spot to grab a bite!“
“You know a McDonald's is good when your wife says it's the hottest food she's eaten all day (and we just got back from a theme park). They honored my no salt request for the fries, which I'm super grateful for. Food was done fast, on point, workers there are chill and the place is clean. Love the Halloween decor!“
“What can you say. It's McDonald's food. The same as most locations. This is a recently remodeled store and looks newer. The location on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd near Congress is convenient and the older facility has been there for decades. Mostly I get take out from the drive up or from inside.“

“I think morning/day shift has new management. There’s a Hispanic woman I always see now ant the window and she is ALWAYS smiling and pleasant, the food is always FRESH and nothing has been missing out of the bag since I’ve seen her there. “I happened to be in there when they were dealing with an emergency but I couldn't help but notice that everyone in there was very helpful and it seemed to be a very professionally run McDonald's in not the greatest of areas. This was refreshing to see so I felt it deserved a five-star review. It's nice to see employees care about their business!“
“My experience at this McDonald’s was just okay. When I placed my order, the workers were giggling and talking instead of paying attention, which may be why my nuggets were missing from my $5 meal. The food could’ve been fresher too. When I came back through the drive-thru to get the missing item, they sent someone else to handle it instead of simply apologizing and taking care of it themselves. Better focus and customer service would improve the experience.“
“I have visited this McDonald's a couple of times, and I can say it's a good fast-food chain store. They are always fast, and when I order, I am smiled at and greeted at the drive-thru. Overall, it's a good place. Everyone seems to be nice and helpful.“
