“I love coming to the Starbucks. It has a great atmosphere, but most importantly there’s fun places to just sit inside also outside. It’s always nice when you have a choice.
The staff is great here if there’s ever a problem with your drink, I’ll always make you a new one and everyone always seems like they’re a really good mood.
It’s just a fun place to come and hang out.“

Since February I have been going to the Starbucks on Rosemary in West Palm Beach. I live in Boynton & work in West Palm Peach. I could use any number of Starbucks between my community & work. I stopped by the Rosemary store by accident & since then that’s my store. First Gabe manages the store and his team with excellence being his goal. Joesph & Morgan are Superstars. They both greet you like you are family or a good friend. Morgan has such an awesome smile & and pleasant personality that sets my tone for that day. Her positive attitude makes me want to sing. Joesph, this guy no matter how busy he is, remembers the tiniest detail about my order. As long as these 2 are there, that’s my store. If you good coffee go to any Starbucks, if you want an experience to start your day, go to Starbucks on Rosemary.

“It’s good to see that there are still some actual good people in customer service these days!! I was shopping in the nearby outlet mall, and decided to go to the nearby Starbucks which I normally don’t go to. The store was incredibly busy but even so, a barista by the name of Jacob handcrafted my drink and it was made to perfection. In addition, he was incredibly friendly and we had a small, yet amicable conversation. This is what customer service is about people!! Quick, friendly, and welcoming interactions.“

“Typical airport Starbucks. The staff seemed nice but very rushed trying to get through large crowds. I ordered a cappuccino (delicious) and a blueberry muffin (damp and sticky on the outside but dry on the inside) and only waited about 3 minutes. I would visit again when at PBI.“
“For the past two mornings I have had to use the Starbucks at Palm Beach Atlantic University. My usual location has not had my favorite orders. Yesterday & today a very pleasant, extremely kind & very professional young woman whose name is Red prepared my mobile order. She is amazing. Her positive energy was incredible. Red has made my day twice now & got my morning off to a great start. I would suggest to anyone, If you want just a coffee go to any Starbucks, if you want a great experience go to this Starbucks & hopefully Red will be there.“
“Unfortunately, the least efficient and least customer service oriented Starbucks I’ve ever experienced! Staff is more interested in their chit chat and taking breaks than doing their jobs and serving customers. Hot chocolate was subpar! The egg bites I ordered right off the menu “as posted” were undercooked, and I had to wait 15 minutes for something straight off the menu that wasn’t properly cooked when I got it! Staff needs customer service training and to understand how to better organize and focus! Sadly… Very poorly managed & operated with seemingly no interest in providing a quality experience!!“
“Baltazar is the epitome of friendly guest service and actually caring about the customer. I ordered a signature hot chocolate and had no clue what the expresso was or how much it is for one, and I declined getting a refund because I didn’t want to cause trouble, instead he called us over and refunded it and that little gesture might seem small but it showed his caringness for a customer, which I appreciated.“
