“They are open until 2 AM which is great! The crust is not pre-made or prefrontal, he spins it right in front of you. We had the Orr, pepperoni with pesto and honey Sriracha drizzle. The pesto was not overwhelming and the drizzle was the perfect amount of spicy and sweet. The Italian working there never stopped and worked quickly to fill orders. I noticed they had a Cauliflower crust option! Prices are great! Make sure you give them a try!“

“We stopped in here by happenstance for lunch and we’re so happy we did!! The food was SO fresh and tasty!! The Prosciutto panini was so wonderfully flavorful that I bought a second one to go! We also had the strawberry salad, a breakfast croissant and bowl of fruit and ALL were so flavorful and the best part second only to the flavor of amazing goodness is that the serving sizes were enough to pleasantly satisfy without leaving you feeling stuffed!! We were greeted at the door by the manager, Chris. He explained how the restaurant ordering and seating worked. We ordered at the counter, where the young woman patiently took our order, clarifying along the way. The wine selection for the casual environment was impressive. We were given a table number and we found a seat. Immediately someone brought warm focaccia bread and Italian oil to dip it in. Our food arrived at our table surprisingly quick. The portions were huge (luckily we were provided to-go boxes when we were ready to leave) The servers were friendly and professional. The chefs were visible as they prepared the food. Our used dishes were removed promptly as we finished one course after another. Then Chris, the manager who first greeted us, came to our table to ensure that our experience had been not just satisfactory, but excellent. Which it was! We are putting Mandola’s Odessa on our favorite restaurant list for when we return to Tampa. Thank you!“
