“most of the time this particular Dunkin is on point but today not so much . My hubby went in to get me an iced coffee . I like it sweet and instead of using 7 squirts of sugar as ordered the label on the cup says only 1 squirt of sugar was used . I don't think 1 and 7 sound alike but apparently whoever took the order did .“

“I was getting ready to head to the library to get some focus time in and decided to swing by Dunkin' beforehand to get the Megan's Mango drink. This is my second time getting the drink and I do not regret it. For a nice hot day it was so refreshing and just what I needed at the perfect price point. I got to drink it outside while people watching.“

“Aiden is AMAZING!!! I dropped my food on the floor (just eggs) and he made me a whole new sandwich. I asked for bags for my 3 children’s food to take to go (1 for each child) and he opened the bags and brought them to me. Just over and beyond customer service!!! Thank you!!“
