Drive in crazy busy..went in.. ordered cuban sandwich...and smallest coconut shrimp order just for a little extra treat...Had to ask for sauce .. got a lil attitude....Got home...shrimp was just short of burnt.. I have had Great Cuban Sandwich in past from there... Very Disappointed... Sandwich was not flattened and grilled... Maybe QUALITY CONTROL....NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED..IJS..

Ordered through app for pickup at 12:30 on a Friday. Chicken was dry and aged. Disappointed because I usually love Pollo's chicken. Bad line management on food flow. App as usual works great. They need to bring back the boiled yucca with garlic.
