“My husband took my kids one day. They explained that hands down, pound for pound that PDQ was a notch above The All Holy Chick-fill-a. So of course I had to give it a go. Knowing how strong of a statement that was, not to mention my loyalty to God's Chicken, I finally found a closer location to us and all I can say is nothing at all! I'm too busy chewing while doing my happy food dance. (You all know what I'm talking bout.LOL)
My only advice would be to dine in though. It can turn from a explosion of crispy flavors to condensation saturated wet, and just the wrong way to truely experience the 1 of a kind flavor.

“We went in on a Saturday Prepared to see it, fully packed and chaotic. For sure, they were busy, but restaurant was clean and customer service was great. Who I assume was the manager was great came to the table asked us how we were doing interacted with my son who had a game that day, that’s what community is all about. Food was great as well! “First time going to PDQ, and I have to say the food was great! The employees were respectful and patient. Specifically, Jose was awesome! It was heavily raining and thundering and they were closing. We were waiting out the rain, and he offered to take us to the car with an umbrella. I truly haven’t seen such hospitality in a long long time. I appreciated his gesture and thanked him for the hospitality. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. 100/100“

“Chicken sandwich: great (no heat) breading flavor and crispiness, good sized moist chicken breast, nice brioche bun, good slaw and homemade pickles were different but hard to describe with only 4 slices to go on. Chicken wings and waffle: great ("hot" heat) breading flavor and crispiness. I like hot, but not the hottest level at most places usually and this was mild enough that I will step it up next time. The wings were on the medium size at best. At first the waffle seemed it was going to be lame since it was hard to cut as it would stretch like an already syrup coated waffle that was reheated in the microwave. But it surprised us with a fried dough flavor and texture that was different, but really enjoyable. Mac was average, will try other sides in the future.“

This is the best place for a family meal! We really enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the high-quality food. The chicken sandwiches and nuggets are always a hit with the kids, and everything tastes so fresh. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need with a smile. It is rare to find a fast-food restaurant that is so consistently clean and welcoming. We always leave with a positive feeling and a full stomach. “Markell brought my food out to my car while I was waiting, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I didn’t even realize he had come out at first! “I ordered a 40‑piece meal for a birthday party and only received 20, which was really stressful in the moment. I reached out to Pollo Campero, and they called me the next day with a sincere apology and offered a full replacement of all 40 pieces. When I picked it up, they even added two flans as a kind gesture.
Pollo Campero went above and beyond to make things right. Their kindness, quick response, and willingness to fix the situation meant a lot, especially after a stressful moment during a family celebration.
Thank you for turning a frustrating experience into a reminder that good customer service still exists. I truly appreciate it.“

“Now this is by far the BEST Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to!
From the moment I walked in, I noticed something that usually bothers me at many places in the U.S. that typical smell. But here? Absolutely none. No oil smell, no unpleasant odor at all. Everything felt incredibly fresh and clean. The tables, floors, even the windows were spotless. It created an amazing first impression.
Ordering was super quick, and the cashier was genuinely friendly and welcoming. There was a long line of cars at the drive-thru (it was very busy), yet every employee outside was still smiling and attentive. I could see them while sitting inside.
I placed my order, sat down, and before I could even take my bag off my shoulder… my food arrived. Honestly, I don’t think even 5G is this fast 😂
And the food? Everything (literally everything) was fresh. The fries and chicken were cooked perfectly.
In short, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everything was flawless. Huge thanks to the entire team working at that time (I’m sharing my receipt so the date and time are clear). If you’re reading this; your effort truly makes a difference. And congratulations to the management as well 🌸“

“After getting off a long shift, the last thing I wanna do at home is cook when I saw Pollo. I knew this is the place I wanted to eat tonight. What I didn’t know is how welcoming and fast the staff would be and how at home I felt while I was buying food/ dining in . If I remember correctly the name of the manager was Travis, he came out and immediately helped his staff as there was a line growing. I should really say what line because it cleared out in like three minutes. Would definitely recommend for a late night bite. Can’t wait to go again.“

“We got the chicken tenders. They were huge order of six could be shared. Just buy an extra drink. They are delicious. They’re very tender juicy and the chicken by itself is not too spicy so you can add spice to your liking which I am happy about because I don’t like it spicy their special sauce is a mustard base sauce and very, very good so I got that it wasn’t too spicy but David lots of flavor when you’re in Walmart off of Griffin and university check them out. They are inside the Walmart shopping center.“

“The food is amazing here it taste so good and it’s little things the restaurant needs . We eat here yesterday and I must say it was super hot . The food and the guys that work here are also respectful and make u laugh. I feel like a quick upgrade inside to make it look more better to where people will admire it more and doesn’t look too old inside. It was very hot inside it needs to fixed immediately the employees was sweating bad and that’s not fair to them the heat outside doesn’t make it better and who ever the owner needs he needs to do better for them.“

“I had a really good experience at Chick-fil-A. The food came out hot and fresh, and the chicken sandwich tasted great like it usually does. The waffle fries were crispy and the lemonade was refreshing. The staff was friendly. and the service was pretty quick even though it was busy.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the drive-thru line tookk a little longer than expected. Other than that, everything was solid and I’d definitely come back again.“
