“Twice there has been an issue with my order but the manager on duty Eli, was very polite as he corrected my order. This place is busy! Expect a wait to order even though staff is moving efficiently. If there is a problem, Eli will fix it. But should he be the only manager on duty?
The food is great! the staff is young and inexperience shows. If I were Culver's, I would provide more supervision but I still recommend this place for families, friends or solo dining.“

“We are so thankful we found a place that had all dye free ice cream. We rarely are able to tell our kids that they can choose whatever flavor they want, but here we were able to! Plus, the ice cream was delicious!“

“Mystic Ice Cream is amazing! owned by Darrell and Lisa. Lisa makes all the ice cream by hand! They have 15 classic flavors and 15+ adult flavors. The adult flavors are very unique and include alcohol. So yummy! Darrell and Lisa are so friendly; it is nice to have these business owners in our neighborhood.“

“There were so many options and the young lady behind the counter was very friendly. I loved my sundae in a waffle bowl. My sons loved that they had superman ice cream, not many places have it. We will definitely be back to try more sweet treats!“

When we pulled our number 25, she was serving #8- in a mear 25 minutes she served 17 orders- many multiple items. “I grew up down in the Ocala area and moved to Iowa 20 years ago! My parents have a place on bird island and we came down the end of June to visit for the first time in over 5 years. We kept passing this place and on our last day we decided to stop in and check it out. The coffee and smoothies were amazing. We got the chicken salad and cotton club sandwiches. Omg amazing! Had a wonderful conversation with one of the owners I believe. So sad we waited til the last day to try! We will definitely be back on our next trip down!“
