Like my first review and my last two dinners (for which I'm remiss for not having reviewed), didn't disappoint. The food cooked Torino style by Mama, delicious, try the meat balls!, and Fredericka, Mama's daughter, and Gerald took great care of us table-side! Such a special new place! It came highly recommended by Chris, and it did not disappoint! As someone who is quite picky about Italian food, we were all thoroughly impressed with both the food and the service. From the moment we walked in, Salvo and his partner made us feel like part of their family. Their hospitality was incredibly welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the evening. Where else can you go where the owner sits down at your table and, within minutes, you’re all singing “That’s Amore”? Salvo got a gleam in his eye and asked me if I wanted to sing! I was happy to accommodate—it truly added to the vibrant and enjoyable experience. Now, let's talk about the food! “Toppings is as close as you can get to legit NY/NJ pizza anywhere in Florida. And the legitest of their pies is the Double Hitter .... extra cheese, double pepperoni and fresh garlic. And while I’ve never thought of doing this before, I had them add onions. Wow is all that’s needed to be said. For those that know the Barstool/One Bite scoring system, my scores have always been right in the same vicinity of what Dave’s scored out of the places that we’ve both been to, so my scores are pretty on par. The Double Hitter from Toppings is a solid 8.9 👍“

“Food was good. Very un happy with the cocktails they talk about. How do you make a Mohito and not muddle the mint. Very disappointing for a restaurant of this caliper. The drink had mint in it but if you don't muddle it there is no mint flavor.“

As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the attentive service. I had the pleasure of dining at Pasta And... while working as the DJ for a wedding being held in their event space. The room was beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere for the celebration. While I was there to work, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP guest. The star of the evening was Chef Luigi, who demonstrated his culinary prowess throughout my time at the restaurant. Though I did not know he was the chef at first, he made sure I was well taken care of, offering me a bottle of Pellegrino and various food tastings. When I finally told him to just bring me whatever he recommended, he delivered an off-menu dish of tender, flavorful lamb chops in a delectable sauce, accompanied by fresh, grilled vegetables. “I did not take nearly enough photos, but everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and I would happily order it all again. The Chicken Parmesan was enormous, honestly the biggest portion I have ever seen, and easily the best I have had. I also appreciated that it did not come with pasta.

The appetizers were just as impressive, and we especially loved the mozzarella sticks, which was not even served as traditional sticks and made it even better. The grilled octopus, carbonara, and bolognese were all excellent as well.

From the pre dinner cocktails through the calamari appetizer and the veal and prosciutto and Italian Sausage and pasta dishes everything was phenominal.
