Chef Nieves is a restaurant that serves 100% authentic Puerto Rican food. The food is incredible, authentic, flavorful, and aromatic. Customers have enjoyed arroz con gandules, pernil, garlic chicken wings, empanadas, shrimp stuffed mofongo, rice with pigeon peas, a passion fruit drink, arroz blanco with abichuelas rosadas, tostones, ribs, macaroni salad, bacalaitos, and maví. The rice was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The macaroni salad is the best. The bacalaitos are a great addition to the menu. The portions are generous, and the prices are lower than expected. The quality of the food is unquestionable, and the service is even better. The staff is very friendly. Chef Nieves makes sure every customer feels right at home. This place has become a must-visit and is highly recommended for the whole family. You will not regret this place at all.
