“Nice little breakfast stop if you are in a rush and want some food fast but not actual fast food. We are always pleased here with the staff, they are super friendly and the food is fresh with healthy options to choose from if desired! We love the omelets, French toast and waffles the most. Nice touch is the lovely display of different creamers in a cup on the table for your coffee. Oh and they have alcoholic bevs which is a huge plus here! I recommend the mimosa. Superb!“

“Aesthetically appealing restaurant, not too much, not too little. Along with friendly servers and a nice environment for any and everyone. Not super crowded like other places definitely more low key. If you’re looking for a small meet and greet place or going with family, this is the place to go.“

“We got in with a large party and were told the wait will be 35-40mins. We waited over an hour. We sat at the bar while we waited, the bartender never cleaned in front of where we were sitting and really seemed like he didn’t want to be there. The Cold Brew Dublin cream was terrible. Amber was our server and she did her thing. Food was good and portion sizes were big. We had the chicken Benedict, chicken and waffles, Nashville chicken sandwich(which was an open faced sandwich). Over all, other than the wait and the unfriendly bartender everything else was good.“

The customer service is above and beyond, like nothing you’ve ever seen before, they are super friendly and treat you like you’re a guest in their home. They have a question of the day you answer it and the answer and table number is called out and that’s when you know your order is ready. They make it fun! Their cinnamon biscuits are out of this world. I’m from NJ so biscuits to me are not my thing until I had these and the Manager Mike is super cool, humble and awesome! You can tell he treats his employees with the utmost respect because every single employee was amazing, friendly, down to earth it was a wonderful start of our day!“

She is not only amazing at her job, but she knows how to be hospitable without breaking character, and she emenates joy. Even her co-worker Ashley, who greeted and helped seat us, displayed above-and-beyond kindness and professionalism. Of all the various places I have gone to eat at, this was one of the most stand-out experiences when it comes to impeccable (and personal) service. “Been to Florida many times but always stay and eat on Disney property/restaurants and this time we decided to venture a little further out for brunch before going to the airport for our flight back.

I'm glad we did because we really enjoyed this place. We tried a little of everything and even have things we want to try when we come back, because we do plan on coming back

Plenty of indoor seating and even outdoors and some covered so we even considered sitting out despite the slightly rainy weather.

You order at the counter and then if they aren't busy they bring your food to the table, if they are busy I'm guessing they call you to pick up your food because they did ask us for the favorite thing about your job and they would use that to call us to pick up our food. But they ended up bringing it to our table. The drinks I did go myself to pick up when it food came, and the coffee was really good, so don't skip that.

Although I read some reviews not liking the paying first before they go to their table, I actually prefer that at places like this.

“If you are looking for an American-style breakfast, you will find it here. The place is cozy and the staff is friendly and the service is excellent, simple and fast. There is no difficulty even for Brazilians, the menu has pictures and simple names so you can place your order without any worries.“

“This is one of the best Egg Breakfast/Lunch spots I’ve ever eaten at. And the food was perfectly prepared. 2 eggs (SSU), bacon, pork sausage & toast. Coffee and staff were also amazing. Highly recommend this spot! It’s just like dinner food, but with a hometown modern feel with the music and friendly staff. Clover pay your guest was seamless. Again, this place is 5 stars!!“

“IHOP, is not a diner but it is a restaurant. I stopped in after the lunch rush and the restaurant was quiet. Almost empty. My server was a lovely woman who took great care of me. The restaurant is running a special right now, which lowers the cost considerably. I went with my usual and paid more. Unfortunately, the pancakes were a bit under cooked. Normally, the food is pretty uniform no matter where you are in IHOP World. Today, it was a little off. Thus my lower, rating.“

“Miss Kimberly was an absolutely lovely person. She served my nephew and I when we went to the store and made his birthday so special. She offered him his favorite, chocolate chip pancakes and hashbrowns. He ate EVERY bite and wanted more. I had the breakfast chicken tacos which were so good. The eggs were fluffy and the chicken and veggies were perfectly cooked. She paid special attention to my dairy allergy and talked directly to the kitchen to make sure that I wasn’t going to have any reactions. Absolutely LOVE this location. Always 10/10 stars for me. My nieces and nephews always request it when they come visit, and for a very good reason. Thank you to all the lovely staff there!
