We went through the drive-thru on our way home from Clearwater. It was so refreshing to have employees who were so engaged with us. As we waited for our order, there was a gentleman who asked, how we were doing and what we had planned for the weekend. Small conversation but it meant the world to us. Nowadays, there is a lack of acknowledgement with one another. Today, we felt genuinely cared for.
The location is nice and new. I like the drive through space at this location. They are working hard as a new location to get the drive through faster and more efficient and it's gotten better and better every time we have gone there. We really like having a location in Hamlin and appreciate not having to drive 15 minutes each way to get to the next nearest location.
