“I have been going to this Starbucks for about 2 years now since I work at Disney and this is on the way. I recently changed my normal drink order to chai for the fall / winter season. I order chai tea but the last few times I have been given chai latte. It is partially my fault for not checking before I leave. I am not a fan of latte drinks and I usually only drink about half and then throw the rest away when I get to work, but one of these times I hope to get a plain chai tea and not latte.“

The attitude of the customers reflects that there are many service problems in this store. If they are not corrected in time, this store may go bankrupt. “While we are all scared of contact because of covid. I want to give a shout out at how careful Starbucks drive-through is right now. They bring cc machine out the window for you to insert your card and barista places your drink in a mug to bring to you not having extra people touch your drink and not once do you have any contact with your cashier.. very good job“

“There are so many deserts to choose from here. Fruit, chocolate, coffee, sugar, they have all types of flavors on donuts and pastries. They even offer lunch items like ham and cheese sandwiches, grilled cheese, pizzas and sausage rolls. It's cute. You grab a tray, line it with a parchment paper and grab a pair of tongs and pick what you want. If anything needs to be heated, they do that at the register. I tried the lavender matcha frappe and it was delicious.“

The other day I overheard a customer being nasty while the workers were busting their butts trying to get orders out as quick as possible and they always do a great job but people are so impatient. They made my bacon egg and cheese on a bagel very well and left me very satisfied.“
