I went to Cabana Boy Ice Cream with my mother and 2 kids. Customer service must not be part of the employee handbook. My daughter, age 6, ordered a strawberry soft serve kid's cone. She took one lick and didn't like it. She said it was too sour. It wasn't sweet like strawberry ice cream. So I immediately brought it back up and said that my daughter didn't like it, could we get vanilla instead? And they said we'd have to buy another cone if she wanted vanilla.
