“I've had many bad experiences in the past. This is an update from my last visit.
This evening I had a good experience. I went through drive thru. Staff was prompt , and courteous. THEY had what I wanted with No wait and the food was fresh and delicious. And the girl in the window smiled and was gracious. Thankyou. I hope this service continues in the future.“

“Love the chicken and fries. We order a lot usually once a week. We always get the family meal. Excellent sauces. Only issue I really have is the family size banana pudding is extremely small for the price. We actually won’t be getting that again because of the price to size ratio. It wasn’t enough for my family of 3.“

“Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, fries and drink. Everything tasted delicious-- chicken was tender & juicy, lettuce, tomato & onion toppings were fresh and waffle fries were cooked just right, non-greasy. Also had a brownie. Servers friendly. Inside really clean. This Bartow location is one of the best fast food restaurants.“

“I'm going to start off by saying, I'm from Massachusetts, if you know you know!
First time eating at this restaurant and it is pretty damn close to that in New England 💯 The beef teriyaki was good, their fried rice was good. Everything I ordered was really good!
I want to try different items from here.“

“Best place in Haines city to eat really good home style food and bbq, this is probably the best smoked chicken i've ever had. Smoked ribs are super tasty. Portions are huge. Variety of sides to pick. Give a shot if you are around the place. Hidden gem in the area.“

“Beautiful place pretty clean, always people here are really nice, the food is delicious and always in the perfect temperature. Don’t order coffee is pretty small and never is ready ( on every chick-fil-a ) ha ha.
