“From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. Whether it's the staff, or the owner Melissa, you'll feel right at home. The food is awesome. Their new menu is wonderful! The craft beer is great. Prices are competitive. Plus, all the events they have throughout the week make each day unique. Whatever you're into, they probably have something to take care of you. 6 of 5 stars! Highly recommend!!“

“Honestly not sure why so many other reviews are negative. I had no issues with customer service. I had to wait a few minutes, as Chili's is handling their own orders as well as orders for Just Wings. But my food was hot and fresh so I have no problem waiting. Fries were crispy, wings have a great flavor. My only complaint is I wish they were fried harder. Other than that, great value for what you pay, especially with wing prices going up. Similar to a Wing Stop experience, but for the price, I prefer Just Wings.“

“Good food but the answering service message said it was weekends for 11.99 but Sunday wasn’t a weekend so it was 16.99 I think it’s a great place friendly staff but would prefer not to pay 16.99 when advertising clearly says 11.99. Thank you“

“The evening we are here it was uncomfortably warm in the restaurant. Yes, it's been cooler temperatures outside lately but this day it was nice outside. I asked the waitress since it was apparent several other visitors were also sweating along with staff & she said that the air-conditioning is broken again. I heard another waitress tell other visitors that the manager likes it warmer! Quite frankly, this was too warm! If it's true about someone wanting it warmer, you can put a sweater on, we can only take so many clothes off! The restaurant should be kept at a comfortable temperature for paying customers!“

“Mexican restaurant with excellent tacos and burritos. Modest pricing but big on flavor and generous portions. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Dined with a group and had one of the best and largest burrito in years. Go and experience Mexican food at its finest!“

“We eat here a lot because it is one of the only things open late in winter haven. They always get it to us super fast, it’s even came in less than 20 minutes before and everything is always perfect, which we have not found to be common among other restaurants in the area. Thank you!“

“I ordered 3 pizzas over the phone by the time I got there about 12 minutes later all 3 were ready to go. The staff were friendly and that's very important. Inside was nice and clean. With one of my sodas they gave me a Sierra mist instead of the Mountain Dew that I ordered luckily my son likes both. I will definitely order from there again.“

“This pizza hut is particular. It is just for to go orders or delivery. The services were "goodish", but not the best, they forgot my drink and when I asked for it, they told me, what's drink? The drink that I ordered, then they looked at the order and told me ahhh, yeah. I love the new hut box, very good idea, and what they serve is enough food for a person. However, how to plate it is the key, I just received a river of BBQ on my order, plus it's supposed to cover all the chicken breast, but instead, it was a river, literally, was too much on the little cup, not on my chicken. Was a mess in that area. Please be careful when you pour the sauce over the chicken or give us an individual packet to dip in.“

“The food is absolutely great but tbh as a Google Reviewer, I have to always speak on Customer Service and Employee actions. The Employees at this site are absolutely great. I stopped going to Zaxbys a few years ago because of Employee actions at another location and how the food was being presented. But I stopped in this one on Cypress Gardens because not alot of restaurants carry the "Flavored" soda machines and I'm an avid Diet Coke w/Lime drinker. I ordered a large, got the cup and proceeded to make. I was having alot of difficulty with the machine as I am one hand disabled. "James" who like to be called "Tay" immediately assisted me, took my cup and asked my drink flavor, made it for me, smiled and asked if anything else was needed? Thats it for me!! I have returned almost DAILY since if for nothing else but my drink and he knows what I drink lol. Michelle was nice enough to give me his info so I could write this and also shares daily smiles and conversation with myself and other customers. Note to Zaxbys......(Please bring back the fried mushrooms) Continue to hire and keep wonderful employees as a few of your other locations should take example from this one because believe it or not, customers frequent food establishments for the service to be as wonderful as the food! Kudos to Zaxbys (Cypress Gardens), Michelle , all the employees and "Tay" continue to be YOU because you're a huge part of why I will always go there!“

“So... we leave the hospital with Kaiden excited to finally go home. Just a couple errands before we can get there. Go to Cvs to fill her prescriptions and they will close before they can be filled. Crap!! Decide to go to walgreens because they can fill it before close because Sara Dantin needs them and can't wait till tomorrow. Drop off the prescription and decide to grab a pizza from little Caesars while waiting because we really wanted a thin crust pepperoni,pineapple and onion pizza. Waited outside then went back in to get it left and headed back to walgreens... got out went in and the prescription hadn't been done!! Walgreens gets it together quick, now time to get it... wrong... come to find out they don't take her insurance anymore!! CRAP!! To make matters worse I just figured out I have lost my phone!! It had to of been at Little Caesars. I pay for the prescriptions because we have to have them and Sara's phone rings. It is Stacy Carriere from little Caesars. She has my phone!! I dropped it outside and some awesome person turned it in to her. She tracked us down on Facebook and called sara! She made us a fresh pizza, threw in crazy bread and a 2 liter. She didn't have to do that... but she did! Her awesome gesture had me floored. I was pretty much in tears for losing every photo I've taken since zoë was born up to kaiden. Thank you stacy and that unknown customer who did the right thing. You guy's have no idea how you turned a great day gone bad into a great day again! I really didn't have much faith I was getting it back... but that person proved me wrong. Stacy proved that people still care. Thanks again... I will never forget your caring act of kindness 🧡“

“We came for the wings. We were told they were better than Glory Days WH. I'll be honest they were definitely hot and fresh, and meaty! The competition is real! I am a fan of the boom boom honey garlic sauce. I wish you had a sweet Thai chili sauce as an option. The tots were undercooked and fell apart, needed to be cooked a little longer.“
