Multiple staff members wished us a happy anniversary and even had our table decorated upon arrival. Dixon was our server and was super friendly and attentive. “Was there for lunch, had pesto chicken flatbread and potato leek soup - both were delicious. Also had Belgian chocolate s'more dessert cup; love the size of the dessert cups here- just enough to hit a sweet tooth craving without being too much food!“

“First, the Food and the ambiance was fantastic. We came last year for our 16th Anniversary and we had such an amazing experience. From the valet to the manager, server and chef. So we decided to come back on 4/14 @7:30pm and again the Food and ambiance was great, but this time one year later… the service lacked. From the manager to the server, they were both very nice but no acknowledgement about our anniversary even though I called specifically for that and also on the confirmation via text it had the notes. So it just seemed like we went to a regular restaurant. I hope this part really changes, because it really is a great restaurant.“
“Atmosphere is beautiful with the wood decor throughout the restaurant. The bone in ribeye Pittsburg style medium rare was perfect. The drinks and the apps were great. I would say try the calamari for sure... that was one of the best, perfectly cooked, tasty calamari I've ever had. Service was great and quick for a nice restaurant.“

“Rather than leaving the hotel property for dinner we stopped into the Crimson Tavern for a bite...This is definitely not what we expected from the “Hotel Restaurant!” The Boom Boom Shrimp were very lightly Panko battered served atop a phenomenal slaw with what I think was a Thai basil...off the hook! The Snapper is the house dish for a reason as it was cooked to perfection and the flavors were to die for. To finish it all off the chefs coconut flan was smooth, creamy and sinfully good! Do not overlook this hotel restaurant because the service and food is more than you would expect...Solid 5 Stars!“
“We made a reservation when we got in the park around 11 am. The soonest available was 3 pm which was perfect for us but make sure you reserve right away. You don’t want to miss this amazing meal. We have been in town for 6 days and this was the best meal of our vacation so far, and we have ate at some nice and expensive restaurants. We felt the price was very reasonable and a lot lower than other meals we have had this week. We ordered 2 starters (humus and Spanakopita dip) both were amazing and our server even gave us more pitas as we just could not stop eating it. Our meals were the Greek Salad (so flavorful) and the Fork & Knife 3 cheese grilled cheese with tomato soup for dipping ? which was fabulous and so delicious! I wish my stomach was bigger! Our kids really enjoyed the pizza and beef medallions in the kids meal and actually ate it all which is not normal for them as they are extremely picky eaters. Our server, Kailyn, was so attentive to not only us but our kids and gave us such courteous and quick service. Highly recommended to anyone!Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy the food and the ambiance!“
“I would give the experience at Soseki a 4.5/5. The service was impeccable; attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly: 5/5. The atmosphere was a 4.5/5 because I felt the music was a little too loud to converse with my partner at times. I give the food a 4.5/5 because it was locally and internationally sourced showcasing the wonderful and vibrant flavors of Central Florida and Japan; however, during one of the nigiri portions, my partner had a rather large fishbone that got caught in their throat. Otherwise, it was an exquisite experience, of which I commend the chefs and the staff, especially for the detailed seating arrangement I requested. This experience is worth the price of admission.“
