Stayed at the hotel for the night and opted for Crimson Cafe for breakfast. an offshoot of the restaurant, during the week they have menu based dining. the positive: kids menus were booklets that kept them entertained and had affordable options which is a rarity at hotel restaurants. Restaurant felt clean and initial greeting and service was fast and polite. drinks came quickly and orders placed within 4 mins of sitting down. I was there Fri March 10th. Do not remember the servers name, but she was awesome. I was ready for a nice steak, and she explained the chefs special. A stuffed fish. Even tho she said she doesn't eat fish, it looked delicious. And it was. Everyone in the place did a great job. Will definitely be back.

My Family and I are here for a new year's eve dinner. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm and we were greeted with exceptional service. The food here was good even at the late hour. But the service is what really puts it over the top.
