“We had another incredible experience at The Capital Grille. The food and atmosphere are always excellent, but what really continues to stand out is the level of service.

Buck was our waiter today and was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, professional, personable, and made sure everything about our experience was perfect from beginning to end.

I also want to recognize Rob, who took care of us when we were here two days ago. He was just as amazing and provided the same exceptional level of service. It says a lot about a restaurant when you can come back just a couple of days later and receive outstanding service from a completely different person.

A special thank-you also goes to Chi, the manager. We had an issue that needed attention, and Chi handled it incredibly well. He was responsive, professional, genuinely cared about making things right, and made sure we were completely taken care of. That type of management and customer service is exactly what keeps people coming back.

Between Brett, Rob, and Chi, the team at The Capital Grille truly made us feel valued and well cared for. Exceptional service all around, and we will absolutely be back!“

“I was in town for my daughter's 14th birthday and Norman's did not disappoint. From our initial greeting to the final goodbyes, the team at Norman's was flawless. We were promptly sat upon entering. Every team member that stopped by our table made sure to wish my daughter a happy birthday. Service was timed to perfection. Drinks were always kept full. Entrees got to us just as our appetizers were finished. Our service team made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. As for food we started with the charcuterie board, blue crab beignets, and the pork belly. All 3 appetizers were amazing and perfectly portioned so we could all enjoy some. I had the yellowtail snapper as I've heard that Norman's has the best yellowtail snapper and this could be the best filet of fish I've ever had. Highly recommend trying this fish out if you're a fish lover as I am. We also had the filet mignon and the Mongolian tomahawk pork chop. Both were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. We also enjoyed au gratin potatoes, creamed corn and lobster Mac. The creamed corn was the only item in the entire experience that I didnt care for because it had a pepper taste to it and that's not what I was expecting. Lobster Mac was great as was the au gratin potatoes. For dessert, they brought out a platter as a surprise to all us with my daughter's name written on the plate. That was a super cool touch and made the experience that much better. Not to be outdone they also brought us passionfruit creme brulee, key lime pie, cheesecake and tiramisu. Each of these desserts were delicious. Sadly I was able to taste but not indulge as I have to watch my sugar intake but the rest of my party loved each option given. I can't say enough how great this dining experience was to those that I know so I wanted to share what an outstanding job Norman's did for my family and how special they made my daughter feel. True hospitality is hard to find these days and Norman's did a fine job on this visit.“

From the moment we walked in, the hostess, bartenders, servers, and managers were all so welcoming and attentive. You can absolutely see why they've been around for 40 years. Great food, exceptional service, and a beautiful dining experience!“

“We dined here for our anniversary dinner and were pleasantly impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. It wasn’t formal as they are at Del Frisco’s but they let you know they were there. Even the managing partner, Philip and the manager, Jeff introduced themselves. We had the price fixe Land and Sea and opted for a tomahawk ribeye which was done as I prefer with little seasoning and salt. The mushroom bisque soup was flavorful. Our waitress, Dana was attentive and professional. I would definitely come back because Del Frisco’s will probably cost us twice as much.“

“Our rehearsal dinner at Crimson Tavern was wonderful! The pricing was more than fair, the space was perfect for our group, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We appreciated the variety of options offered and how willing the staff were to help throughout the evening. “My husband and I went here for my birthday last night. Every person that worked there was friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like they appreciated us choosing them for dinner. Our food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Usually my steak is cooked terribly because I need it well done. When the steak came it was huge, I just knew it would not be right. The steak was perfect! Well done, yet still not dried out! From the time we entered the door, every single worker greeted us and made me feel special.“

“Christner's was an absolutely amazing experience! This was our first time ever going to a restaurant this nice, and we chose it to celebrate becoming debt free, so we really wanted the night to be something we'd always remember. We were originally going to be seated in a noisier area, but the hostess noticed and offered to see if she could find us somewhere quieter. She ended up moving us, and we were SO grateful because it made the experience that much more special. Everything was top notch! The steak was the perfect size and cooked perfectly medium rare. The sides were incredible, especially the lobster mac and cheese, which was seriously to die for! The potatoes were delicious, the portions were great, and even the wine and drinks were amazing. From the service to the atmosphere to the food, everything made our debt-free celebration feel incredibly special. This was a night we'll never forget, and Christner's is definitely somewhere we'll be coming back to again one day! ❤️“

“I had my birthday celebration here! And I wouldn’t have had my birthday spent any other way, food top tier, drinks were aesthetically pleasing and perfect I had 5! And don’t get me started on those celebration packages it made me feel like a superstar I think this will be a staple for every special occasion!“

“This is not your average theme park restaurant! We were at Universal for our 40th wedding anniversary and had our anniversary dinner at Mythos. The restaurant is beautiful. We had a very nice table for two by the window and our server, Kailyn, was perfect, very attentive and personable. We shared the spanakopita dip for starters. My husband had the beef tenderloins and I had the pan roasted salmon. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious and we cleaned our plates. When we mentioned to Kailyn that it was our 40th anniversary, she came back to say that the restaurant was comping our desserts. I had the creme brulee and my husband had banana bread pudding. My dessert came on a tray with two lit candles, a blue and a pink one, and 'congrats" in writing in chocolate. Never once did we feel rushed even though the restaurant was very busy. We have traveled a lot both in the States and abroad and this meal was one of the best we've ever had--an outstanding dining experience in every way.“
