It was not really busy when we went. The waitstaff was really helpful spent quite a bit of time going over the menu. She was always right there filling drinks and asking questions. Really good Peruvian food. Everything we had was way above par.
Great service and excellent food! I had a great experience at this Peruvian restaurant. The food was delicious and everything tasted very authentic. The lomo saltado was a 10/10—perfectly seasoned, tender beef, and the flavors were amazing. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and well prepared. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who wants to try really good Peruvian food.
Food was great the only issue was lack of service. Waited 30 minutes just to be asked for our drinks
Mares Real Peruvian Cuisine is a beautiful restaurant with a great aesthetic, featuring unique art pieces on the walls. The service is excellent, with servers who take the time to explain menu items and make recommendations. The food is amazing, with dishes like the Octopus, Tostones Rellenos w Ceviche, and Lomo Saltado cooked to perfection. Seafood options such as Pescado a lo macho and Jalea are also big portions and deliciously seasoned. The atmosphere is very appealing, with friendly staff. However, it has recently changed ownership, and the menu has been updated, leading to some disappointment regarding the limited ceviche choices. Despite this, many customers still express a desire to return due to the great service and overall enjoyable experience.
