Awesome food and creative dining
The food is awesome!! I just heard you will be closing in Winter Park…. Please consider relocating to Winter Garden Historic Downtown on Plant Street. A restaurant is closing and it would be perfect for The Coop. Please come and check out our quant downtown. You will fall in love with it.
The COOP, a southern comfort food restaurant in Orlando, Florida, has closed, leaving behind memories of friendly staff, a good-sized layout, and a successful 4 Rivers ownership. Known for its delicious southern favorites, the restaurant was a popular destination for many, including families with children who enjoyed its kid-friendly atmosphere. The COOP's strength lay in its understanding of the importance of sides, serving up non-slimy okra, non-dry cornbread, and finely diced slaw. While some larger pieces of fried chicken were a bit dry, the chicken's delicate breading was consistently praised. The hushpuppies, however, were less popular. Despite its closure, the COOP remains a beloved and missed establishment, leaving many to hope for its return.
