The store was clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The speed and accuracy of my order was excellent. Gloria did a fantastic job of making sure I was satisfied with my order. “I really like this location of Tropical Smoothie, and I find that the employees are super helpful and friendly. G.M. Indie was super helpful a few days ago, I had an issue with my order through the app. I ordered on the tropical smoothie app, but when it was delivered it was missing half the order. I called the store, and Indie answered and helped me out with the order, even though it was really the responsibility of Doordash, not this specific store. Indie was so kind and understand of my problem over the phone, and contacted Doordash on my behalf (very helpful, since I was at work). Doordash was unhelpful in sorting out the delivery problem (once again, not this store's problem) but Indie was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience and never lost patience with me, even though the problem wasn't truly the responsibility of the store to begin with. I appreciate Indie so so much, this really could've ruined my day, but it wasn't because Indie helped me out!“
