“What a great experience at Slidders. I was in the area and craving pizza and the great reviews led me here. I got a supreme pizza, the meatball pasta bowl, and the Parmesan garlic bread. Everything was amazing. The pizza crust was not too thick, it was crispy, the cheese was perfect, the sauce had a good ratio, the toppings were very fresh. The meatball pasta was good as well, my favorite part was the sauce. The sauce tasted freshly made, it paired well with the penne, pasta and the meatballs. My absolute favorite thing was the Parmesan garlic bread. The garlic bread was fresh, it was hot, it had the right amount of Parmesan and garlic taste, and the sauce that comes with it is also amazing. I Don’t live in this area, but I will definitely be back and make it my business to continue to support this family owned business. Not to mention everyone in the establishment was really nice, they gave me great suggestions, and the customer service was Superb.“
“A great local taphouse with a huge selection, great prices per ounce, and amazing service. The service is really great I've always had plenty of clean glasses to pour my own beer and cider. The NFC band model is super easy to use and they have plenty of stuff along side the drinks board games, sports games, and an outdoor drinking area in the back! The people remember return customers and are super sociable I've enjoyed all my conversations with the employees here and they always make me feel super welcome which helps this place feel like part of the community rather than just a bar or taphouse. Also they do deals for UCF watch parties so if you and some knights can't make it to a game there's always this place. The parking on the street can be a little short but there's a big lot in the back and this area is pretty central to alot of cool things like the record store next door and alot of great local restaurants.“

“Been going to this bar since their last location around the corner. Always a chill spot, and always with great customer service. However the beer has definitely gotten very expensive. You will not find a beer for less than $8. After a tip you won't leave there for less than $20 for only 2 beers which these days I find unacceptable. Especially as someone who buys beers from the same distributors and knows what they pay per beer, the $8 price tag to me feels more like a business who is either having difficulty getting more customers to pay the bills so they jack up prices for current customers instead of attaining new ones, or just raising prices to take advantage of the fact that the area has now started to become a "higher end" part of town and they are going after a different clientele base. I'd love to go more, but because of prices it's a once a month spot instead of more frequently.“
“This is my favorite brewery by far. The beer is excellent and something new is always come out. My favorites are their sours. The staff are the best and great at remembering people. We've made friends with several of their bartenders. The taproom is full of memorabilia and fun murals on the walls. There's a long line of pinball machines and a mystery vending machine. They also have a mini game console at the bar and a variety of board games and comics to borrow while you visit. They don't sell food, but you are welcome to bring in outside food.Hourglass holds really fun events and lets you use their taproom for your own personal event. Right now they frequently have food vendors rotate throughout the months. They also do bingo nights, run club, and trivia nights. There's so many places to sit both inside and outside along the building. Parking is usually always available all around the building but can get full during big sport events on tv or events happening in the bar. If a major event is going to go on, they give advance notice on best places for extra parking nearby.“

“I love me some Tuffy's!! They have the best frozen Moscow Mule. Their beer selection is great as well. The outside patio is my favorite because of how spacious it is and how it's decorated. They also have a live music area where you can catch a show and have a great time. Definitely my go to spot in Sanford.“
“This place is a hidden GEM! weikiva springs was too packed to get in, so we came here instead. They have their own kayak rentals (or launch your own for $20 each vessel). The place is super cool with nice patio furniture, cornhole, super quality volleyball court, a huge dock along the river to swim/hang out on sitting on adorandak chairs and a huge bar with draft beers and frozen cocktails. They have a food truck too with great coconut shrimp, tacos, fish and chips, among other things. Definitely better than the state park if you’re looking for a more grown up gettaway. You can paddle to wekiva from here. Rick slings is a much farther paddled but you can get there from here as well“

“I am just a huge fan of Rock & Brews. It's definitely one of the best restaurants out there. I absolutely love the atmosphere paired with the friendly staff and the wonderful food. It doesn't get much better than this. I would highly recommend checking it out.“

“If you want some authentic Polish food, come here. It’s a great deli with a lot of selection. It sells out of things quickly so you may have to call to check if they have what you want.Great meat options and just general delicious food.Frozen fresh ready to heat up stuff is available also so you don’t have to figure out how to make this delicious Polish home made food.“

“Seen this place for many months and wanted to stop in.Over 40+ options for tap.Food options are typical bar food options but presentation seems slightly upscaled.Music is chill and the Lost Coast Watermelon I had was tasty. Didn’t taste like watermelon but I also do not have a refined pallet. The beer was definitely tasty.I will be back.“

“We have passed this cute little local place for years, and so disappointed we waited until now to try it! I think this will quickly become a favorite. Add it to your must try. Felt so homey and authentic - the food was delicious! The service was so quick and friendly. We barely had to wait for the food to come out! We will definitely be back! Very casual - no need to dress up! Try the spanakopita - it’s the best I’ve had:) we thought the food compared easily to the local eateries we visited in Greece.“

“We came here for St. Paddy’s day and sat out on the patio, which was excellent. Only complaint with the outside seating were the TVs by us. We were the only ones on that side and wanted to watch a specific game. They said they had to reprogram the remote and never came back out regarding that. We were there for a little over 2 hours. The food was alright. Edible, but nothing to write home about. We ordered The Classic flatbread, Pretzel Bites, and Chorizo Tacos. Friends ordered the Buffalo Chicken Dip, which is why it’s also pictured. I’m not a beer drinker, but my husband says they have a great selection if you are. Our server was delightful! Gave fun vibes and was on top of things in regards to food/drinks. Not sure I’d suggest this place to start, but wouldn’t be upset with going.“

“Thanks to Christin and Joshy at Copper Rocket for working with me on my birthday party last night. I appreciated the the stage help, and hope everyone in the entire space enjoyed the live music.Leighann and David took great care of our 50-60 guests, keeping food and drinks coming out, serving cake, and cheerfully managing so many separate checks. This party had been postponed since 3/2020; happy to finally have everyone together.Definitely recommend this space for similar events. I was too busy to eat anything, but heard lots of compliments.“

“I went to visit this place because someone w promoted on Instagram. The service and atmosphere was really good, unfortunately the food wasn’t impressive… We ordered oysters(that was good), lobster bisque(it had a lot of oil), Ceviche(it was good) and lobster roll(this was the most disappointing)“

“This is a cool little bar with beer and ales from all over the world, as well as domestic microbrews. There are about 12 beers on tap, and bottled and canned beers. You can drink there, or buy package beers to go. The owner is cool and friendly. Support local small businesses!“
