“This is the best sushi in Central Florida! We had the pleasure of dining here and the food is fresh, healthy, and delicious. I would say as good or better quality than Amura. To top it off, the restaurant inside has been renovated, making it a very nice atmosphere for dining in. Chef quality food at a very reasonable price here - and if you prefer take out or delivery, they also offer those options. It's located in Winter Springs Towne Center, so make sure to not walk by this one. Go on in and you likely will meet the Chef or one of the staff members who will describe the menu items in detail. They also offer Thai and noodle options as well as tasty appetizers too.“

They have a great lunch specials menu- nice selection of sushi, Bento and hot plate options from $12-21, in addition to their regular menu. Portions were large and food was HIGH QUALITY DELICIOUSNESS! definitely recommend and will be back 😊“

“Boku Sushi Maitland is my new favorite sushi place. I tried two rolls, Drama Queen and Foxy Lady. My husband had the Beef Wagyu. Our friend had the curry and EVERYTHING was delicious!!! Even the miso soup was very tasty and fresh. Ben our server was informative, personable and attentive. We spoke with Miller, he gave us more interesting information about the restaurant and asked about us and where we were from. Highly recommend!! Loved the food and the eperience!!!“

“WOW! The food here is amazing! Not your typical sushi only spot. I had the crispiest chicken wings that I have ever had in my life and they were perfectly cooked. The avocado tower was amazing and fresh! The crispy fried chicken thigh was to die for. And the presentation was amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious! “We have been going to Kobe Steakhouse for several years. Each time we go it has been a great experience. The food is wonderful and the staff are amazing. For the past 20 years we have requested Chef Fuji. He is so fun and really engages with everyone. Chef Fuji always gives us a 5 star experience! I can't leave a review without also mentioning a server who we almost always get, Kevin. He does such a wonderful job and always makes us laugh. Tonight was our sons 21st birthday and the staff, as always, made it a wonderful memory. I can't recommend Kobe Steakhouse enough.“

“Let me start with the crab rangoon fritters with mozzarella. They were everything I thought they would be, ooey gooey with a perfect mozzarella and crab filling ratio. For rolls, we went with the Philly roll and the hot roll. Both were delicious. We will absolutely be visiting WAVE Sushi - Maitland in Maitland, FL in the future!“

“This is my ultimate comfort food spot. The bibimbap tastes like it was made by a sweet Korean grandma secretly hiding in the kitchen—it’s that authentic! Everything here is incredible, and the field crab is absolutely heavenly. Highly recommended!“

“A no-frills atmosphere, but the food is always delicious. The lava dips are perfectly crispy on the outside with plenty of crab on the inside. The portions are appropriately sized. The options in the photos fed two and had some leftovers for later. If we hadn't had another stop we might have been able to power through.“
