“What a great hidden gem! We came here for dinner because our party has dietary restrictions and this restaurant came recommended as celiac safe. They were so incredibly accommodating and we were so impressed! We were served by two servers and each were well spoken and knowledgeable about the menu components and the adjustments needed to be safe. They were able to offer all non-fried menu items without gluten, and most without soy or dairy. The food was delicious! The menu prices are a bit high but the portions are huge, one entree can easily be shared or used for more than one meal. It has a nice cozy feel and nice decor. We were thrilled that they were pretty busy and even had a wait so we know this place is popular and doing well! Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!“

“This is one of the best Thai restaurants in the area! I have been coming here for almost 20 years and they have been consistently delicious each and every time! I’m a pad Thai enthusiast so I stick to that and it’s so good! All of the proteins are good! The spring rolls were tasty and fresh!! The atmosphere is typical for a home in the wall Thai restaurant and is cozy and traditional. The service is consistently great, friendly and fast so perfect for a business or casual meal! “Oh my goodness I’m obsessed! Since our first time dining in I have been back 4x in a few weeks lol and going again today. So affordable - high quality and incredible tasting dishes. Their desserts are so delicious - the sticky rice with coconut ice cream and their pad Thai with pork - I can’t get enough. The only thing I would recommend is to keep it slightly cooler in the restaurant. I love this place!“

“Still a hit. I bring everyone I love to this location and I’ve been coming here for years even after leaving town and coming back. It is consistent and the staff is always so friendly. I get the drunken noodles and I love fried rice with all the vegetables and I add Thai basil but everything is delicious. I highly recommend.“

“Came by KrungThep one day for a nice tea and a nice little dessert after dinner. It's such a chill space in there. Quite minimalist with some very comfy seating along the wall, and along the other wall was a huge assortment of loose-leaf teas. Pretty much any tea you desire, you can find there.

Service was also excellent. Very nice people serving us, and everything came out timely. No service issues whatsoever.

The tea itself was very very good. I forgot what hot tea we got, but it was lovely, just hot enough, and delicious. Yummy stuff. I did get a Thai Tea Float, though, which was wild. If you like Thai tea and you like sweet on sweet on sweet, get this. If you don't like sweet sweet, don't get it.

We also got the Battle High Hate (Cookies ’n Cream ice cream, Kit-Kat, Ferrero, crushed peanut, chocolate syrup, chocolate powder and waffle cone). This thing was wild. Check the pic. Ice cream, waffle cone, covered in candy. Wow. It was as decadent and delicious as it sounds and looks.

“Legitemately the best Chinese takeout of all time. My husband grew up with this place, when we met he introduced me and I knew I could never eat at any other Chinese takeout again! The quality at Wah Yoan is unmatched! We don't even live in the are anymore and I still send my husband 30 mins away to pick it up or willingly pay a long distance delivery fee specifically to get it from here. A problem I've had with other Chinese takeout places (besides quality in general) is the fried items always taste nasty like bad oil and chicken pieces are typically... odd. I'm very particular about chicken. At Wah Yoan though? I will eat an entire container of chicken without thinking twice! Their fried items are the absolute best as well. I love their egg rolls. It's hard to recommend one thing because actually everything is good, but I would say the honey chicken is a stand out! I will continuing spreading the Wah Yoan gospel, please never close shop!!“
