“I like the food at Sonny's, but don't go there often because the customer service is hit or miss. Yesterday I phoned in my order. Liz took my phone order, and made sure it was correct. Best of all she was super nice as well as efficient. Thanks Liz, I will visit Sonny's in Alachua more often if you are an example of the customer service at that location.”

“Doxa Coffee Co. is a wonderful cafe in Alachua, which serves coffee and basic teas. I tried the blueberry lavender special matcha latte, iced with oat milk. It was delicious and tasted almost like a blueberry lavender muffin (just a little too sweet for me). They have a good area to sit and do work or have a casual conversation with friends. They also seem to sell a variety of interesting items, which I'll have to check out next time.

“Buen fast food, no es como la comida cubana, sorry... pero resuelve, Estoy disgustada porque ya había ordenado Salami y queso anteriormente y fui hoy esperé en el drive Thru y luego me dijeron que NO servimos ese sandwich... me fui a Publix y fui a Orlando a comer en un restaurante Cubano todo sabroso y excelente servicio al cliente.”

“Great food and service. No frills so dont expect fancy. Cold draft beer, excellent garden salad with fresh ingredients and tasty pizza. Friendly staff will take good care of you. Eat in or take out. Go!”

“The chicken wings are excellent! I don't know what they marinate them in but they have a great flavor. Their wonton soup also was excellent. We had a teriyaki chicken dinner and the chicken was great. The fried rice was a bit bland, but still good. Chicken chow mein was just like what I would get in NY. The onions and cabbage were soft and the chicken was what it should be in chow mein. Added some soy sauce to give it just a bit more flavor. Overall 5/5!!”

“The names of the items will give you a smile. Menus up front on the counter. Decide what you want there, others can go around you, if they know what they want. I didn't. Place was new to me, so every day for a week, I wanted to try something different. Once you know, go down the counter and order. Soda bottles are inside the cooler on the far wall. The small sandwich baskets go on the table by the door. Expect to spend approximately $10- $13 for your sandwich. The ladies are friendly and courteous. Please return the friendlyness and courteous exchange. A smile and please and thank you go a long way. Just an independent review. I live 45 minutes away, and few days later, I brought a friend out to enjoy it was well.”

“I ordered online and picked up my order at their convenient drive thru window. I want to tell you, I received an antipasto salad that was one of the best I have ever had. The ratio of lettuce to the meat and cheeses waa perfect..I did add feta and extra black olives.
My son ordered pizza and it was phenomenal also.
