“I Ordered food on the app, My card got charged and I had an email confirmation/reciept at the right store, but the store never received the order. Either the Manager or the assistant Manager wanted me to wait at least 30 minutes before he could even attempt to help me, insisting the money would go back on my card within 20-30min. Even though that time had already passed from time I Ordered the food to the time I could get somebody at the register . I've worked in hotels, so I understand the pain of refunding people. So I waited patiently, even though it's a 7 day return policy minimum at most places.
Still had trouble getting my food, even after an hour after I made my order.
But thankfully the Guy named Jordan (I think it was) actually looked at my reciept and knew me as a regular, went ahead and made my food for me.
Nice guy, the rest of the staff needs more training and more attention to the register. Fries were hot.. so theres that.“

“My wife and I came here after Easter Sunday service. Got two versions of the beignets and they were delicious crispy on the outside tender, in the inside. It's not typical for like a donut shop only but the coffee was really good here I really enjoyed the flavor. Beware though my wife's chai tea was really hot and she did burn her tongue on it taking too big of a sip. Usually tea is more steamed and not quite boiling hot.“

“Caribou Coffee was surprisingly good. I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Raspberry Mocha and it was the perfect blend of sweet and savory, the coffee flavor came through nicely without being overpowering. The staff were friendly as well and the prices weren’t terrible (for an airport). Nice find in the Destin Airport (VPS).“

I love how much knowledge she has with car insurance policies life insurance policies, Business insurance policies ect… she will give you a breakdown of what each insurance policies mean. How much will it cost whether or not it’s within your budget/affordable. I also love that she is bilingual (Habla español). Vanessa and her staff provide excellent customer service. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I would strongly recommend her to anyone. Do not hesitate to call her. She will give you the answers you need. Vanessa will give you a smooth transition in which ever policy you choose.“

“I have never had Starbucks before and a friend gave me a gift card for Christmas. I don't drink coffee so we opted for the jalapeno chicken and I think it was a turkey and Swiss. We got both for $12 and they were both hot and fresh, the cashier was very kind and all smiles. She gave my Prince his first ever pup cup. Hands down an excellent experience and we will definitely be back.“
