“My first time at Delwich, I entered and found a small sandwich shop that seemed organized. I was greeted by Hope, who was running the show by herself today (Friday 9/20/2024) & asked for my patience. She was very cordial & it was quite alright because I’d never been here before & wasn’t in a hurry. I settled on the Cuban & some Miss Vickie’s Jalapeño kettle cooked chips. They only have canned sodas, sweet tea, & bottled water to drink, so I chose a Coke Zero. My order was ready pretty quickly, even though Hope was very busy with other folks coming in to place orders. Being that it was nearing 2:00 PM, the lunch rush had passed, but there was one couple that came in and left because the man didn’t want to wait. I received my Cuban & found it to be quite good. Overall, my experience here was quite good. I won’t hold impatient customers not giving them a chance against them. I will certainly return, the food was quite good & it is certainly convenient to work.“

“We visited the Cartersville Honey Baked Ham location today and found it AMAZING! The new owners, Todd and Lacy, along with their daughter Elizabeth, have really turned the place around and are very customer service and family friendly. We were very pleased with the speed of service and freshness of the food. We STRONGLY recommend this location to any HBH fans. You will NOT be disappointed.“

“😃 I expect good service to be the norm, not the exception. And the real test of a company is how they handle it when something goes wrong. We got a Honeybaked Ham for Easter, and when I opened it up on Easter morning, I saw it had been tampered with. Several slices where missing and all the crunchy stuff had been pulled off! The next morning, I called the Kennesaw, GA location where I purchased the ham and was told I'd need to come in person and speak with the manager. Fair enough. It took me a week to get around to it, but when I got there, the young manager was so polite. I didn't have the order number with me, but he said "Don't worry, I remember waiting on you before Easter. Let me get you another ham, or would you like a store credit?" I told him another ham would be great. He got it, opened it up to let me see it, and then proceeded to get a sampler box of their new mini bundt cakes and said "I'm really sorry this happened, please take these cakes too." I left happy enough to take the time to post about this! Great job!“
