Waffle House in Acworth

“So last night I made a delivery about a block away from here. I had several other choices; Hardee’s, IHOP & Culvers.

The waitress was extremely friendly and professional. She checked on me at least three times after I got my food and refilled my drink twice. I wish I could’ve gotten her name but I didn’t see her name tag and it wasn’t listed on my receipt. She did a wonderful job!

Aga pork chop platter with hash brown. I asked if they could not put in the jalapeños and she recommended maybe adding tomato. A first for me and it was delicious. I love Waffle House hashbrowns, especially when you get them to cook it crispy!

The pork chops had a good flavor but they were a little tough. The Texas toast had just the right amount of butter. Not dry and not too greasy.

It was a good Waffle House experience.“

“Anastasia was our server today. She was wonderful! Called my 11 year old grandson “sir” the whole time. Kept the 4 adult’s coffee cups filled! Nice convo with her. Food was excellent. Served promptly. Location was roomy. All in all wonderful. We will be back!“

After a week long trip out of town at very expensive restaurants with mid tier service coming here and getting exceptional service beyond impressed me. The gentlemen with the last name Nation did everything in his power to see to it the time and money I spent here was well worth it. Can’t begin to express how Impressed I was.“

Great employees who are working their butts off making delicious food, keeping it clean, and being as friendly as expected...I come here all the time because I live close by and I never have a bad experience. Brian was our first waiter, another server with an awesome personality! Speaking of personalities, I can’t leave out Holden! His back and forth with his co-workers makes me smile. “I love this waffle house. My friends and I come here all the time, the food is always great, and the staff is always very friendly. My only complaint is that last time we went, it was very obvious that all of the staff were very stressed and anxious because one of the managers - a short woman with a pink camouflage hat - was yelling at everybody when it was completely unnecessary. Because of this, the food was not as it usually was and our waiter kept having to go back and grab things because he was constantly being put on the spot. Thomas was phenomenal however and handled everything kindly and professionally, I will always come back here so long as management relaxes just a little bit on their workers.“
