“Did not disappoint!
This restaurant was very busy, but after a short wait we were seated. A nicely dressed young gentleman was managing newcomers, assigning tables and keeping the dining room spotless. He did not miss a beat. Our server was great and our food was delivered hot and freshly prepared by the district manager who was pitching in to keep things moving. The bathrooms and the dining room were very clean. This entire Waffle House crew deserves recognition for doing a great job (June 28, 10:30 am).“

“I’ve eaten my fair share of Waffle House but this late night blonde gentleman at the cartersville GA house can COOK!!! I opened my bowl, took a bite & walked back inside to personally tip that young man. Waffle House you better pay that man!!“

“Love the people that work here. My family and I have been coming here to this specific location for 5 years and the employees are always fantastic! I came and got my Togo order tonight which I was now forced to place online because when you call it says they do not take phone orders anymore & there’s no option to speak to a person. But online there are also no options for customizations like no cheese on a hash brown bowl. And I drove as fast as I could to get there and the amazing employees there saved my night. They were so kind and remade my order. I don’t know her name but it’s the blonde hair lady and the cook with blonde hair too. They were so generous and kind to me. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and I knew they could tell I was panicked that I made the order but couldn’t get a hold of them. Waffle House needs to fix the online ordering process or put the phones back on. Also if they don’t have a phone that’s such a hazard to employees incase there is an emergency. Service is always 100 but this new togo process has flaws. Please fix it.“
“Let me tell you something- THE cook they got right NOW- KNOWS HOW TO COOK!
I got the typical All-Star breakfast and ordered my eggs over medium and they came out looking like somebody who knows how to cook made them! I also ordered the chicken breast- wasn’t dry, wasn’t overcooked; juicy on the inside nice and golden the outside. Oh and the hashbrowns were perfect and crispy, but still melted in my mouth. All I’m saying is they got a good cook right now. And he don’t miss.

“This is very likely the best Waffle House to be found anywhere. Stopped at the QT to get gas and then decided to grab lunch here not knowing how amazingly clean, well-run, fast, and friendly it would be. It really was that good. Keep up the great work!“
