“Don't understand bad reviews. We got here 9:30 pm for 12:15pm next day appt only hoping for overnight parking . Was loaded and thru thier process and gone before 12 am! Very organized..everyone from guard , to shuttle drive to paperwork lady was super nice and explained step by step what to do. The snake picture and review lol.. they do have an over flow lot thats in the woods. Maybe thats where he got it? Looked woodsy back there but its Georgia there are critters. We did not go back there. Anyways easy great expieriance. Cant relate to others expieriances at all.“
