Rude people, no restrooms... I think this is unexpectable. Truck drivers should have access to restrooms and treated with respect
Bathroom at guard shack if you are getting live unloaded they tell you to go to 3011 clark ave they are rude af and will reject your trailer for any reason they can find wont let u sweep here gotta go 2 truck stop sweep and come back
Had a chemical delivery full load. In and out in about an hour. Arrived 2hrs before my appointment. They have some parking before the main gate

However, some reviews mention long wait times and delays, especially during busy hours, which can lead to waiting in lines in designated lanes for dry vans or chemical tankers, grain, and dump trucks. The security process requires opening trailer doors and sliding tandems to the rear before the guard shack. There is a bathroom at the guard shack, but some drivers report that the staff there can be rude and may reject trailers for any reason, including not allowing sweeping at the truck stop. Once inside, drivers report to guards, break the seal, and open the trailer door. They then need to take a specific BL to the guards, and after receiving a door assignment, return the BL to the trailer. For example, one driver was assigned door 58.
