As the employee (I think manager) was handing my food through the drive thru, I dropped my bag. The employee walked off, told the cook to make my order over. She didn't drop the order but I did by mistake. I never once asked for it to be made over she suggested it before I could ask. That's what you call customer service and taking care of customers!
