I love Church's Chicken.... Nothing more to say except I wish I could eat it more. It's just my Saturday diet cheat day treat!!!!
The customer service is horrible. The staff/ crew have bad attitudes. I was served cold chicken and biscuits with my order. In checking my order at home, I realized that one the ordered sides were left off. On top of that I had to wait several minutes at the drive through intercom before anyone would respond. Mind you the car in front of me had long since driven forward.
