“Had an interesting lunch experience today. The pizza was tasty. Our server was awesome. During our a stay a man came in off the street and had a psychotic episode. The staff acted quickly to contact EMS. I was a little taken aback by the manager’s handling of the situation. Several patrons, myself included, rushed to the man’s aid. We quickly deduced it was a psychiatric issue requiring medical attention. The manager grabbed the phone from the hostess and demanded the police escort the man off his property and then walked away. Thankfully, an ambulance came to his rescue first. But there was no follow up afterward. No table touches to ensure the children present weren’t scared, etc. It’s a little disappointing that in this day and age we’re not more compassionate to our fellow man. The food and service were great, but the management leaves a little to be desired.“
“I went there to get one slice of pizza. I left with my slice of pizza, boneless lemon pepper chicken wings, curly fries, and ice cold lemonade. I sat in the courtyard and ate my delicious meal. I will recommend Brick Oven Pizzeria to others.“

“Food was very good. Wife got lasagna and I got soup and salad. The salad was very generous. The lasagna and soup was excellent. The soup bowls were filled higher than I have ever seen. I got three of the 4 soups, each one was very good . Service was good but very hasty. Would be nice if server was a little more relaxed. The rush hour was finishing up and was still under some pressure but even at that it's hard for the customer to relax when the server is wound up.
No background music, missed Dean and Frank.“
