easy to order from screen, sat down n got food reasonable time. food was good. afyer we disposed of trash n headed out door the chef n help told us " have a good day" I was pleased with going there
Steak 'n Shake should just close the Albany location. It will never be any good. Locations in other towns are fine, but Albany will never improve.
Clean it. Repair drain in bathroom. Fire staff and hire people that give a dam.
