“My food was hot and fresh when I tell you I haven’t had Wendy’s This good in a long time and I placed my mobile order I didn’t have to wait long I had to give them a great review because they did really well with customer service and food handling.“
“The breakfast biscuits were so good. I used to be big on McDonald's breakfast biscuits but after having Wendy's, I decided to change my alliance. They were buttery and flaky and had a slight golden top which was great. The only thing lacking was the customer service. I get it, it's early. You'd rather be anywhere but near a cold window and serving customers so early. But that's still part of the job you signed up for. As a fellow fast food worker myself, please be more patient with your clients. They are just trying to get to the places they need to themselves and decided to stop at your restaurant.“
“Wendy's is supposed to be open till one am... Not the one in Sylvester apparently after sitting for ten minutes at the drive thru window because there clearly was someone inside, we drove up to the window at 11pm and the guy said they were closed already.“
“Enjoyed everything, just had 2 complaints....1) They need to use 3 different mops and label them, Back of House, Dining Room and Bathroom. The reason is due to the floor was greasy and extremely slippery to myself and my 2 guest. Do not use the same mop bucket for all 3 either because that is defeating the purpose of trying to degrease the Customers walking area.2) The sandwich was good, but dry, even with the extra Bourbon Bacon sauce that I got. Your cook staff needs to learn the toss time on those burgers if theu are not being cooked fresh to serve. That beef is so thin it will dry out quickly just sitting on that hot grill.“
