If giving zero stars was an option I would. The employee was rude to me the moment I entered the door. She was making me a shake as requested and the blender kept malfunctioning. She finally got it to work but then proceeded to tell me it’s not working. She refused to give me my order. I walked out and won’t be coming back anytime soon.
Got there at 8:30. It was $25 for 2 ice creams and I bought a to-go for $17..... $40 for icecream which I'm ok with... but they wouldn't let us have a cup of water and totally kicked us out 2 minutes before closing while we still have half an ice-cream in our hands. My God how awful customer service has gotten. It's the owners/leadership allowing it for sure.
