This is the last time I’ll visit this place. The employees have terrible attitudes. I ordered a sausage and cheese bagel and they served it cold. I asked if she could toast it and she argued with me stating that the ticket didn’t say toasted. What has happened to customer service today??? What a shame. These employees should be fired. The last time I was here another employee got into an argument with the guest front of me. Unbelievable. But I’ll vote with my dollars now....read full review
I have been going to Einstein Bros. Bagels for their outstanding bagels n coffee since about 1999. I have been going to my local on Windward Pkwy in Alpharetta, GA for about two years now but I don’t think I will return after the friendly lady preparing the items behind the counter screamed at me from across the room for attempting to use the ice machine that was malfunctioning but nobody had bothered to put a sign on it indicating as such.
