“Most of the time when I go in here the shakes are so great and the people are amazing but today when I went in there I needed help on the app or figure out how to use my gift card instead of paying from me app but still scan for points. He couldn’t help and told me that in order to use my gift card from smoothie king I would have to take all my debit card off of the app. I told him that didn’t Sims right and I would ask a manager set out research. I figured out that there’s two different scam codes and one was is the pay and earn points and one was just for points and told him that and then he gave me an attitude because I was trying to tell him something that would help the next customer. And when he gave me my shake it was not made right and watery and he had given me such an attitude that I just threw it away and didn’t even ask to remake it. I called the store back to ask for my name to be put on the list so I can be replaced and the same boy answer the phone and when I told him I didn’t ask him to remake it because I didn’t like his attitude he started yelling that he didn’t have an attitude so he got another attitude. That is not professional. Very disappointed.“

“My Power Bowl was refreshing, energizing, and delicious. However, beware, the staff isn't conscientious enough to ask you what protein blend you want. I saw Orgain on the shelf so I thought it was Vegan. I got sick the first time as they put whey in it. I was informed that it comes that way by default. Make sure you ask because they don't have the customer service aptitude to tell you. I probably won't return until they educate their staff better.“

“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We are açaí bowl fans and the cold brew bowl and peanut butter bowl do not disappoint! 90% of the time I do order from app and the quality has gotten better and more consistent. “My husband ordered me chocolate covered strawberries and this location created them. The presentation was great but the chocolate flavor is nonexistent. It tastes like pure sugar instead of having a cocoa taste to it which is not the shops fault necessarily but they may want to look into using a different brand of chocolate because they really look great but the taste just isn’t there.“

“My whole family absolutely loves this place! We tried it for the first time in Florida at the beach of 30a very popular place down there. When we got home from vacation I had to google where is the closest location here in Atlanta! They have lots of gluten free options and GF granola! I am addicted to the coco power bowl!“

Food: For our appetizer, we ordered the Vietnamese Mini Pancakes and I was not a big fan of them. I was expecting a bit more flavor than what I received. For my drink, I ordered a Thai Tea and did not like the flavor that much. For our main entrées, we ordered and tried the Stir Fried Noodles with Shrimp, Vermicelli with Onion and Lemongrass Sautéed Chicken, Baguette Sandwich with Chicken, and Baguette Sandwich with Pork. The only entrée I didn't like much was the Lemongrass Chicken dish, but the rest were very delicious. I liked the Stir Fried Noodles with Shrimp the most! There was a lot of flavor packed into it.

Service: Our server was very kind and attentive. We were one of two tables at the restaurant so we got a lot of attention and were never left waiting for too long.

Atmosphere: It's a cute place but feels a little quiet. At times I was worried that we were being too loud since it was a bit empty.
