“This place is really good! I love their lattes, and the vegan wrap is very fresh and flavorful. The açaí bowl is also great — perfect for a healthy, filling meal or snack. Definitely a solid spot if you’re looking for something light and nutritious.“

“Visited this location for the first time in mid-February (we had a T-Mobile offer). Purchased the acai bowl with nutella and an all-american wrap (customized to be vegetarian). Both were fresh and very tasty. We look forwarding to being back and getting one of the smoothies!“

“Most of the time when I go in here the shakes are so great and the people are amazing but today when I went in there I needed help on the app or figure out how to use my gift card instead of paying from me app but still scan for points. He couldn’t help and told me that in order to use my gift card from smoothie king I would have to take all my debit card off of the app. I told him that didn’t Sims right and I would ask a manager set out research. I figured out that there’s two different scam codes and one was is the pay and earn points and one was just for points and told him that and then he gave me an attitude because I was trying to tell him something that would help the next customer. And when he gave me my shake it was not made right and watery and he had given me such an attitude that I just threw it away and didn’t even ask to remake it. I called the store back to ask for my name to be put on the list so I can be replaced and the same boy answer the phone and when I told him I didn’t ask him to remake it because I didn’t like his attitude he started yelling that he didn’t have an attitude so he got another attitude. That is not professional. Very disappointed.“

“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.“

“Upon entering into the establishment, I was greeted by a Playa Bowl employee with a pleasant smile. The store was clean and the vibe was nice. I took my mother for the first time and she fell in love. We will definitely visit again.

“Nice location, clean and cozy space. The açaí bowls are big and for the most part delicious. Only issue is that most of the blueberries in my bowl were fresh and tasted great while there were some that were clearly hard as little rocks and dried out.“

“My husband ordered me chocolate covered strawberries and this location created them. The presentation was great but the chocolate flavor is nonexistent. It tastes like pure sugar instead of having a cocoa taste to it which is not the shops fault necessarily but they may want to look into using a different brand of chocolate because they really look great but the taste just isn’t there.“

We are açaí bowl fans and the cold brew bowl and peanut butter bowl do not disappoint! 90% of the time I do order from app and the quality has gotten better and more consistent. “I dined in the first time and did takeout another time, and both times the service and food were excellent. We ordered the V2. Vermicelli with shrimp, pork, and eggroll and P1 beef pho (no tripe) and they were perfect. When I ordered takeout over the phone, it was ready in 10 min. I came home and even though the broth was still quite hot, I went ahead and warmed it in a pot so that when I poured it over the raw thinly-sliced beef, it would cook thoroughly and heat the noodles, which had understandably cooled in the 6 min car ride back home. It was packed up nicely with all the extras. The portions are big, so with V2 and 2 P1s with extra noodles it fed 4 people (2 adults, 2 teens) and had a little bit leftover. We will definitely be back!“

“I just had to give a 5 star review. I've never eaten here before in my life, I ordered delivery for the first time today. It is very hard to find places where the food speaks for itself. This is one of those places! 12/10, I'm obsessed. I ordered the spicy Korean steak bowl with veggies and brown rice, and angels were dancing on my taste buds. I also ordered the PB&j smoothie bc it sounded delicious, and it absolutely was! If anyone is reading reviews bc they're on the fence about trying this place, DO IT! They deliver, literally and metaphorically.“

I ordered the Nutty Bowl, and he got the chimichurri steak and roasted potato bowl along with a Purple Passion smoothie — everything was absolutely delicious. “We come to North Pointe Mall whenever we can. This is our favorite place in the mall! The ice cream is the best and Andrew is one of the nicest people we know!
