“Most of the time when I go in here the shakes are so great and the people are amazing but today when I went in there I needed help on the app or figure out how to use my gift card instead of paying from me app but still scan for points. He couldn’t help and told me that in order to use my gift card from smoothie king I would have to take all my debit card off of the app. I told him that didn’t Sims right and I would ask a manager set out research. I figured out that there’s two different scam codes and one was is the pay and earn points and one was just for points and told him that and then he gave me an attitude because I was trying to tell him something that would help the next customer. And when he gave me my shake it was not made right and watery and he had given me such an attitude that I just threw it away and didn’t even ask to remake it. I called the store back to ask for my name to be put on the list so I can be replaced and the same boy answer the phone and when I told him I didn’t ask him to remake it because I didn’t like his attitude he started yelling that he didn’t have an attitude so he got another attitude. That is not professional. Very disappointed.“

“Came to Pho Town recently for dinner!

Food: For our appetizer, we ordered the Vietnamese Mini Pancakes and I was not a big fan of them. I was expecting a bit more flavor than what I received. For my drink, I ordered a Thai Tea and did not like the flavor that much. For our main entrées, we ordered and tried the Stir Fried Noodles with Shrimp, Vermicelli with Onion and Lemongrass Sautéed Chicken, Baguette Sandwich with Chicken, and Baguette Sandwich with Pork. The only entrée I didn't like much was the Lemongrass Chicken dish, but the rest were very delicious. I liked the Stir Fried Noodles with Shrimp the most! There was a lot of flavor packed into it.

Service: Our server was very kind and attentive. We were one of two tables at the restaurant so we got a lot of attention and were never left waiting for too long.

Atmosphere: It's a cute place but feels a little quiet. At times I was worried that we were being too loud since it was a bit empty.

“Best smoothie king location ever! I haven’t been since they came under new ownership and it is truly amazing! The lady that served me was so kind and knowledgeable and truly took pride in caring for this location. It was such a nice shift from the previous owners. I will definitely be coming to smoothie king more often now that I know the great and A+ service they offer. My brain is foggy and have a hard time remembering names even though she told me it twice but I believe her name was Misha? She was amazing and I’m grateful for the experience and conversation she provided. I got a Gogi bowl and a bluegert blitz. Also big thanks to Ryan who said he only recently started but was also very kind and kept a sanitary work space!

I went to Brusters to get the free baby cone for my girls and the young gentleman went above and beyond . He not only served the ice cream but he put eyes, hair(sprinkles)and a smile . It not only made my day it made my kids day as well. We have been to different brusters around ATL and this was the FIRST time we had great customer service from a brusters employee. Definitely will continue to come here .“
