“This is my go to Starbuck in my area as it is the most consistent with good drinks and fast, yet great service! I get either iced/hot lattes and or coffees and they are usually always good. It is rare to get a bad drink at this location. Only issue I have is how expensive it can be, and I dislike getting charged for syrups in lattes but i know that is an issue within the company as a whole, not the employees.“

“Found this inside Kroger. This one is one of the smallest Starbucks I visited. Snack and drink choices were also little less when compared to other joints.I had a brief wait as I entered. Batista was away on some house keeping tasks. Once she came it's quick and easy.Few seats are also available if you are looking to relax and enjoy your drink. I am giving a 4 rating because the cleanliness needs improvement. Not sure about footfalls, if good number they can add more options in snacks and drinks.“

This is not a review about coffee. It's about coffee grounds—and what they taught me about leadership, communication, and teamwork.
Here’s my story: I needed coffee grounds for gardening. I visited over 10 Starbucks locations, and most of them told me they don’t save coffee grounds for customers. Only two stores said yes: this location and the Starbucks at Georgetown Shopping Center.
My experience at Starbucks Georgetown was, frankly, terrible. Eight out of ten times, they promised to save coffee grounds for me, only to later say, “I forgot” or “No one told me to do that.” The final straw was my interaction with the manager. After letting me wait at the counter for over 15 minutes, he finally emerged from the staff break room, visibly groggy, and told me not to come back for coffee grounds again.
In sharp contrast, this Starbucks location was a shining example of excellent leadership and teamwork. The staff communicated clearly and followed through on their promises. Each time I came in, they had the coffee grounds ready, and they did so with kindness and efficiency. It’s refreshing to see such smooth collaboration in action, and it made me appreciate how much effort goes into even the small things, like saving coffee grounds for a customer.
As a customer, you want a good team to make your coffee. A team that communicates, works together, and takes pride in what they do. This Starbucks didn’t just meet my needs—they exceeded them. They turned a simple request into a positive experience, and for that, I am grateful. Thank you for being a team I can rely on!“
“Went in today to look for the HK cups, there was ONLY 1 barista working. He was very overwhelmed, stressed and frustrated because he had about 4-5 people waiting. He was super kind to EVERYONE who he took orders from, he was very apologetic and very polite. Even though he was feeling all type of emotions he remained calm & professional. He deserves a raise!!!!! I didn’t get his name but I went in around 12pm he was working by himself, 100000/10 customer service!!! Please be patient with baristas they also deserve kindness and respect!!!!!“
“The place was nice. It is inside the kroger shopping center. We ordered coffee, cake pops,pumpkin muffin,hot chocolate, and the pink drink. The cashier started getting a lot of customers but still fulfilled our order in a timely manner. We were able to go shopping afterwards, so it was a nice convenience.

I’ve been meaning to send this for some time. I want to recognize Kelly at the 11740 Haynes Bridge Rd store. I first met her before the store moved and was kind of a regular. Then Covid hit, the store moved, and I hadn’t visited for a couple of years. I went through the drive-thru one Friday and she recognized my voice and called me by name!
I’m not a regular now but every time I drive thru between 545-645 am and she’s there, she recognizes me. How does she do this? She is always super friendly and you can tell she loves her job. She’s a magical person. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
Another person I want to shout out is Shadrach at the same store. He’s an early bird too and is always friendly and kind. Thank you!
