I’ve been meaning to send this for some time. I want to recognize Kelly at the 11740 Haynes Bridge Rd store. I first met her before the store moved and was kind of a regular. Then Covid hit, the store moved, and I hadn’t visited for a couple of years. I went through the drive-thru one Friday and she recognized my voice and called me by name!
I’m not a regular now but every time I drive thru between 545-645 am and she’s there, she recognizes me. How does she do this? She is always super friendly and you can tell she loves her job. She’s a magical person. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Another person I want to shout out is Shadrach at the same store. He’s an early bird too and is always friendly and kind. Thank you!

One last thing - this store makes the best vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew! At my company we are celebrating customer service week so I wanted to show my appreciation for your employees. Have a great weekend!“

“We just did the drive through and was greeted by the best attitude I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. This was a sweet gentlemen that was so chill and helpful I can’t praise him enough. He joked with my husband and I being basic white girls with our pumpkin chai tea and adding shots of espressos for us. He is amazing and went above and beyond for us. Give him a raise!!!“

“I would like to personally commend the staff on 12/1/2024 Sunday morning. While dining in before a road trip home, an irate-impatient customer started talking out loud harassing the employees. They were professional and proceeded their job functions while handling her with care- and not disrespecting her nor the customers waiting on their orders. Excellent Customer Service“

“Two visits today. First was a mobile order through the drive through. When you show up to the ordering box, the menu board is hard to read. The mobile order was not ready upon arrival but was ready at the drive through window after two cars ahead got their order. A paper receipt was not available when asked for at the pickup window with the staff saying the only way to get it was through the mobile app. (This is problematic for business expenses). Second visit ..inside. Ordered a mocha. The menu board only shows one size and one price. But there seems to be three different sizes (with mystery pricing at time of order). The bathrooms are unisex and require a code for entry (2345). Wi-Fi works with a log/ email address collection for Starbucks marketing. Staff was nice but I feel the drive through gets priority over walk in ordering (which is common among the drive through food industry.)

Parking: Two Handicap parking spots available too.“

“I love this Starbucks. They automatically make a large ice water and a pup cup with my order (you can't order them through app) and they know I always request to add them. It is amazing customer service that they know my order and also the add-on items I get regularly as well. They are always friendly and helpful.

Parking: They have plenty of parking in their lot or an extended lot in the shopping area.“

“Found this inside Kroger. This one is one of the smallest Starbucks I visited. Snack and drink choices were also little less when compared to other joints.I had a brief wait as I entered. Batista was away on some house keeping tasks. Once she came it's quick and easy.Few seats are also available if you are looking to relax and enjoy your drink. I am giving a 4 rating because the cleanliness needs improvement. Not sure about footfalls, if good number they can add more options in snacks and drinks.“

“I stop at this Starbucks 2-3 times a week but the last two times I have been disappointed in the items I purchased. The berry yogurt I got on Monday seemed as if it had been not refrigerated and then put back in the frig because the granola on the top was not crunchy and the Chi Latte today taste like warm water with a little flavor. I love the convince of this Starbucks and the staff is always super sweet, but I just hope the quality of the products is not going downward 🙁😓“

“The place was nice. It is inside the kroger shopping center. We ordered coffee, cake pops,pumpkin muffin,hot chocolate, and the pink drink. The cashier started getting a lot of customers but still fulfilled our order in a timely manner. We were able to go shopping afterwards, so it was a nice convenience.

Kid-friendliness: Very nice for kids.“

“Google Review: A Lesson from Coffee Grounds

This is not a review about coffee. It's about coffee grounds—and what they taught me about leadership, communication, and teamwork.

Here’s my story: I needed coffee grounds for gardening. I visited over 10 Starbucks locations, and most of them told me they don’t save coffee grounds for customers. Only two stores said yes: this location and the Starbucks at Georgetown Shopping Center.

My experience at Starbucks Georgetown was, frankly, terrible. Eight out of ten times, they promised to save coffee grounds for me, only to later say, “I forgot” or “No one told me to do that.” The final straw was my interaction with the manager. After letting me wait at the counter for over 15 minutes, he finally emerged from the staff break room, visibly groggy, and told me not to come back for coffee grounds again.

In sharp contrast, this Starbucks location was a shining example of excellent leadership and teamwork. The staff communicated clearly and followed through on their promises. Each time I came in, they had the coffee grounds ready, and they did so with kindness and efficiency. It’s refreshing to see such smooth collaboration in action, and it made me appreciate how much effort goes into even the small things, like saving coffee grounds for a customer.

As a customer, you want a good team to make your coffee. A team that communicates, works together, and takes pride in what they do. This Starbucks didn’t just meet my needs—they exceeded them. They turned a simple request into a positive experience, and for that, I am grateful. Thank you for being a team I can rely on!“
