“I can’t say enough about my experience at Cattle Shed! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. Every server was attentive and knowledgeable, but the real standout was Manager Alexis. She came by my table multiple times and I noticed her doing the same throughout the restaurant—checking on guests, running food, greeting people, recommending menu items, and making sure everyone’s expectations were exceeded. The steak was absolutely amazing—cooked perfectly—and the entire restaurant, including the restrooms, was spotless. The staff really know the menu inside and out. They offered thoughtful suggestions for wine, appetizers, drinks, and dessert pairings, which made the whole dining experience feel elevated. I’ll definitely be back! I even joked with Alexis that I could eat two steaks if I wasn’t on diet medication (and sadly had to pass on dessert). She’ll probably remember me for that! Overall, an incredible meal and phenomenal service. Highly recommend Cattle Shed and especially Manager Alexis for making it such a memorable experience.“

“Connors has been a longtime favorite of ours. Over the years, we have had several good meals here, with service that often went above and beyond. I know how hard restaurant work is, and I’ve always appreciated the care the staff put in. But our most recent experience left us disappointed. The service was unexpectedly inattentive. We ordered a nice bottle of wine, but our server never returned to refill our glasses. A French fry order was forgotten, and when we asked about it, things seemed to unravel. The server was visibly exasperated. A supervisor eventually stepped in, handled things professionally, and assigned a new server—but by then the mood had shifted. This wasn’t just any lunch—it was a farewell meal with a dear friend leaving town, and I’d hoped for a flawless experience. At over $230, I expected more attentive service. I don’t share this lightly. Connors has been a place we’ve enjoyed many times. But this visit left me disappointed, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. There are many excellent Sarasota restaurants where $250 buys not just a good meal, but service that feels genuinely welcoming.“

“They were out of fish n chips so I ordered a Alfredo pasta with chicken. The grilled chicken was nicely done, but the pasta was partly cooked, stuck to one another..
The staff would ch3ck on you regularly and keep you updated about when the dishes will be out.“

“I can’t fathom how so many people slammed this restaurant in their reviews. We had a great experience. A staff member held the door for us when we arrived. The waitress came to our table within seconds and introduced herself. By the way the restaurant was crowded. Our drinks came immediately along with wonderful bread. We ordered salads and a main course to share. The wedge salad was one of the best I have had anywhere. The 16 oz ribeye to share was cooked perfectly and delivered hot and halved on separate plates. Not the best meat we have had, but very adequate and very reasonably priced. The manager visited our table and asked if everything was to our liking and when we departed he opened the door for us and invited us back. If I had to pick one thing I did not particularly like it was the $8 charge for sharing our main course. Kinda steep.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4.5 / 5 I had a wonderful stay at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta. Overall, this is a great and surprisingly romantic hotel. Room service was quick and the food came out hot, and the bed was super comfortable. The barista downstairs also did a great job on my caramel iced coffee. There were a couple of small things that could be improved: the TV had a few noticeable spots on the screen, and the shower door is only a half-door, which means you have to actually step into the tub to turn the water on. I would definitely come back. The vibe, comfort, and service all made the stay worth it.“

“It's obviously a good place. Not cheap, reasonable expensive.
They have a good choice of meat and some sea food dishes.
But they don't brew real coffee. Only a drip coffee. I guess at least espresso/cappuccino machine should be available. If you can't learn to brew turkish coffee...
Turkish coffee would go really well with all those deserts they serve.“
